Terrible experience with this company. The plumber seemed incompetent and took over 12 hours to install a shower valve, raise a shower head and extend a natural gas line. Prior to him working at my house, I had plenty of hot water. Had him back because there is only a trickle of hot water after his work. He's trying to blame it on other contractors and not take accountability or fix the issue. He just left saying that's all he can do. I know it can be hard to find a plumber, but for your own good go somewhere else!!

Edward is the most honest plumber out there! We had a serious problem in our home with a gas leak. Edward came late in the evening and again the next day. Fixed the problem and even stayed around until the gas company came to recheck the line. He wanted to make sure they would turn the gas back on before he left! A true gentleman. Being without gas is not a joke, and this honest and experienced plumber not only understood but made sure the problem was truly resolved!! Thanks Edward! My whole family appreciates it!

My water heater went out and I was in dire need of assistance. I called Perfect Performance Plumbing and spoke with Audra who was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me an hour window. Edward (owner and operator) arrived within the hour and was very polite, courteous, and professional. Edward located the issue right away and fixed my water heater. Edward was courteous, had great communication and took the time to answer all my questions. He called me when he was on his way and arrived right when he said he would. He spent much longer than anticipated on replacing the kitchen faucet because of an unexpected issue. He charged a very reasonable price and let me know exactly what was happening.
