They didn't showed up didn't called letting me know they are coming 4 hrs later . They told me we are not priority not emergency even though we signed up for VIP and scheduled this appointment couple of months ago.

NEVER use this company. They overcharge, lie, and don't get permits or follow codes. They cost me twice what it should have been because they broke things and did not follow codes. Tried to settle, they admitted to nothing. They also do not call the utility companies and then blame them and me for the errors. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

84 year old mother had furnace installed 2 years ago, already broken down. 2 service calls in January and still not working. Customer service was rude and disrespectful and today her house was at 43 degrees and we moved her. We have yet another service call in hopefully for today. Also, spoke with a customer service person named Gwen and she agreed to have a manager call me back today. No response. If you don't want to service the south side of Chicago and treat people properly just don't.

I called on Tuesday morning because I have a leak under my sink. We scheduled the appointment for Friday. I had their HVAC team come out in the spring, so they had my information on file. I asked for a COI because the condo association usually asks for that. They provided it. I also asked for a time window in case the water needs to be shut off because maintenance needs to be present in order to turn off the water. I never got a time window, but they noted my request for an morning slot.

Now it's Friday. I never got a time window. I called around 2:30 to see if they were coming. They said I was still on the schedule and they would be out soon. Fast forward to around 3:30-they called and said I'm next, and the service guy will call when he's on the way. I wait by the phone.

The phone rings at 4:30 and someone from the office is telling me that they don't do plumbing in buildings over 3 stories and they can't come out. Then the representative tells me about permits and a 48 hour notice needed.

What the heck?! I understand the need to follow regulations, but this is all stuff that should have been handled when I made the appointment well in advance of the 48 hour window. Or they should have told me they don't do plumbing in buildings over 3 stories then.

I wasted a day waiting for a service that never happened after being strung along by incompetence all afternoon. And my sink is still leaking. 0/10, do not recommend.

Based on the employees this company hires, I would never use them. My neighbor hired them to fix the a/c for his tenant. The tech tried to access their roof by climbing through our hatch and walking across our roof to get to theirs vs going through the top floor condo to get to the roof. I told him our insurance company will not allow people on or roof for liability reasons and the owners of that bldg were aware of this. He wouldn't take no for an answer and procceded to go to our hatch. I actually had to take his ladder to keep him off the roof. I told him I'd give him his ladder back when he agreed to leave. Instead he called the police stating there was a burglary in progress! It took over an hour for the police to arrive and he waited the whole time thinking the police would let him go on our roof. I called the company and asked them to tell their employee to leave, the person who answered couldn't find the address in their system, he wouldn't tell me his name, so no one called him. I've never experienced such an unprofessional company in my life.
