This was our third visit from Perfect Flush. The tech arrived within 2 minutes of the stated arrival time. He was friendly, professional and informative. He kept me informed of what he was looking for, what he had found and how he was going to fix it. He installed a new section of copper pipe and the repair was complete in a little over an hour. Perfect Flush will be the only company I call for plumbing repairs.

They came to reinstall a claw foot tub, toilet, and pedestal sink after my flooring was redone. There were no plumbing issues prior to their work. This was an easy reinstall job. They placed the tub at an abrupt 1/2 inch off-set angle from the wall so pipes were obviously not fully aligned, the overflow drain was misaligned from the tub drain hole (clear sign of issues), the hand shower was left completely loose and leaking, causing a lime stain to build up over a week on a beautifully finished tub, the drain plug hook was broken clean off, and I could shake and rattle all the tub & pipes easily with one hand (also a clear indication of safety issues). I can't fathom how they thought this was complete or satisfactory. The toilet was also set at an angle, so the lid didn't sit on the tank. The sink was installed w/out caulk to secure the basin to the pedestal nor the pedestal to floor. The caulk around the sink to secure the basin to the wall was done haphazardly. Nothing was said after the work, I simply discovered it while cleaning the excessive debris & adhesive mess they left behind on all the porcelain. All-in-all an incredibly lazy and unprofessional hack-job all around with no apologies given even upon coming to fix the issues - which I'm still discovering are faulty. How is this Co in business?!! I'll now need a new plumber to check the work.

Was very knowledgeable & professional - did not try to sell me something I didn't need & gave me a detailed description of the problem.
Cleaned up the after-mess when finished!

Thank you perfect flush for doing an amazing job and taking care of my family. It was late Friday afternoon when we noticed toilet water coming into my bath tub. We googled what to do and came across your business. You came out immediately, charged us what I thought was a fair price and got us back up and running before the weekend. I called and spoke with them on July 8(ish) about installing a couple of toilets. They gave me a reasonable price so I purchased two toilets and reached back out to them over the weekend (July 17 or 18) via their website. No response by midday Monday (July 19) so I called only to discover that they are no longer accepting residential client work because they are down a couple of technicians and need to focus on their commercial clients. Their website does not reflect this change and they didn't bother to call me back to let me know. When I asked for any recommendations, she just said ""Guess you'll have to use Google for that."" She was brusque and unfriendly and not particularly professional. So my rating isn't about their ability as plumbers, but their lack of communication regarding not taking new residential clients.

Be very careful of Perfect Flush. They say one thing and tell you another thing. They Pressure you into their service and give false information. We had them come look at our Septic System. We were told it was failing and need a total replacement. We got 2 more second opinions. Both came back saying there was no Issues at all with our system. They tried to scam us out of $22,000

I installed a new shower pan and needed a p-trap moved. I called on Monday morning at 7am and they arrived at 10 am. The person was outstanding. He walked me through the job and there were no surprises.
They cleaned there mess up when completed. A big thank you to you guys.

My mother's plumbing connection from her trailer to the main was a flexible pipe instead of a rigid one.
When they came to look at it, they said that it would cost $145 for the temporary fix until they came back, and then it would be $300 for the permanent fix.
The truth is that they tried to charge my 97 year old mother $220 for the band-aid and $700 for the permanent fix because they ""found things""!
I had them put the temp fix back and sent them on their way, because trying to scam a 97 year old woman like that made me sick!
Don't trust them because they will just try to scam you too!

These wonderful people absolutely rescued me! We had an outdoor pipe burst a leak. I called several plumbers, these were the only people who actually answered the phone. The others all called me back and said they were too busy to come out. Perfect Flush sent Stephen out the same day I called and he was able to find a hidden shutoff so we could have water running to the house. I was so impressed with Stephen that I went ahead and scheduled these people to do the pipe replacement work. I was so pleased with my whole experience with Perfect Flush! They're all polite, professional, and nice! They are now going to be my go-to people for all our plumbing needs!
