My mother's plumbing connection from her trailer to the main was a flexible pipe instead of a rigid one.
When they came to look at it, they said that it would cost $145 for the temporary fix until they came back, and then it would be $300 for the permanent fix.
The truth is that they tried to charge my 97 year old mother $220 for the band-aid and $700 for the permanent fix because they ""found things""!
I had them put the temp fix back and sent them on their way, because trying to scam a 97 year old woman like that made me sick!
Don't trust them because they will just try to scam you too!

These wonderful people absolutely rescued me! We had an outdoor pipe burst a leak. I called several plumbers, these were the only people who actually answered the phone. The others all called me back and said they were too busy to come out. Perfect Flush sent Stephen out the same day I called and he was able to find a hidden shutoff so we could have water running to the house. I was so impressed with Stephen that I went ahead and scheduled these people to do the pipe replacement work. I was so pleased with my whole experience with Perfect Flush! They're all polite, professional, and nice! They are now going to be my go-to people for all our plumbing needs!

I used Perfect Flush few times and I am always highly satisfied. Mind you that I have years of construction work and I can do a lot of things by myself. If I cannot do it, I call Perfect Flush saving my time and nerves.

Jim was very helpful. He showed up about a half an hour early and got right to work on my leaky toilet. My one complaint is that they cancelled my originally scheduled appointment almost an hour into my 2 hour appointment window. But other than that, great service.

Really great customer service! I chatted with them on Yelp messenger because I was busy at work and Heather D. was so helpful. She got me scheduled quickly and they fixed all the many plumbing issues I had in my house. They were a pleasure to work with and I will use them again when I need any plumbing work done!

Perfect Plumbers! Needed to have an old leaking garbage disposal replaced. Tech arrived with apologies for arriving earlier than scheduled. Glad to have them arrive and get started.

5 Stars are not enough for Perfect Flush! I called them after Home Depot cancelled at the last minute. We had a million things going on and needed the water heater replaced as it had failed and we had no hot water. Steve and Nick were out within a few hours and had the new water heater installed quickly. They cleaned their work area, were courteous and professional area and the work was stellar.

I noticed that the relief valve had gone off and figured it was a fluke and contacted them shortly after they left. Today Steve came and installed an expansion tank and he did not charge me anything and said I had already paid them for the job and it was not working as it should, that was on him.

I worked in the field (Electrical) for a long time and was always customer service focused, as Steve is! If you're looking for quality and professional work, your search is over, call this place!!

I will definitely use this company again and again!

These guys showed up and helped really fast with my leaky toilet emergency. They were swift and efficient including needing to run and get a part! My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is bc I wish they would have cleaned up better after themselves. But I know that they squeezed me in their very tight schedule. So I am thankful!
