Jim was very helpful. He showed up about a half an hour early and got right to work on my leaky toilet. My one complaint is that they cancelled my originally scheduled appointment almost an hour into my 2 hour appointment window. But other than that, great service.

Really great customer service! I chatted with them on Yelp messenger because I was busy at work and Heather D. was so helpful. She got me scheduled quickly and they fixed all the many plumbing issues I had in my house. They were a pleasure to work with and I will use them again when I need any plumbing work done!

Perfect Plumbers! Needed to have an old leaking garbage disposal replaced. Tech arrived with apologies for arriving earlier than scheduled. Glad to have them arrive and get started.

5 Stars are not enough for Perfect Flush! I called them after Home Depot cancelled at the last minute. We had a million things going on and needed the water heater replaced as it had failed and we had no hot water. Steve and Nick were out within a few hours and had the new water heater installed quickly. They cleaned their work area, were courteous and professional area and the work was stellar.

I noticed that the relief valve had gone off and figured it was a fluke and contacted them shortly after they left. Today Steve came and installed an expansion tank and he did not charge me anything and said I had already paid them for the job and it was not working as it should, that was on him.

I worked in the field (Electrical) for a long time and was always customer service focused, as Steve is! If you're looking for quality and professional work, your search is over, call this place!!

I will definitely use this company again and again!

These guys showed up and helped really fast with my leaky toilet emergency. They were swift and efficient including needing to run and get a part! My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is bc I wish they would have cleaned up better after themselves. But I know that they squeezed me in their very tight schedule. So I am thankful!

They truly excel when it comes to customer service and make you feel valued and appreciated at every point of contact. I have had these guys out to my home about six times for various repairs and have been thoroughly satisfied every time. They always get me on the schedule right away. They are always on time, friendly, professional, and fair in their pricing. They have always fixed the issue no matter how small. They always explain everything in detail and take the time to answer all my questions. They have also gone above and beyond the call of duty by doing more than expected and even doing some things at no charge! They have my business for life! My double sink with garbage disposal was draining very slow and I couldn't get it working. I disassembled the pipes and cleaned it all out and still no lick, the issue was beyond the wall. I looked these guys up and chose them because of the good reviews and i has a great experience. They arrived a little early and were very efficient and polite. They did a great job communicating the issue and charged a fair price. I'll be calling on them again if I have a plumbing need in the future. Two thumbs up!

I found Perfect Flush through Yelp, and because of the great reviews decided to give then a try for a messy clogged drain that gave us fits all through the Thanksgiving weekend. I emailed them on Sunday night with an idea of what was wrong, and by Monday AM they got back to me with a quote. When the work was finished, the final bill was $40 less than they quoted (always a pleasant surprise). They were fast, friendly and efficient and made sure that my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. Well done Perfect Flush!

We had a backup up drain that was flooding both of our tubs. We called around the Portland metro area and Perfect Flush had the best prices and they could come out the next day. The guys were great with my wife, baby, and dog and they got straight to work. Worked for two and a half hours trying to get the clog and they finally got it! They even took a little bit of the price off the top for getting some dirt on the shower curtain. Great guys and a great company. They will be our plumbers going forward!!
