I called and asked for a Friday morning appointment to address a kitchen drain issue. Their CS set up the schedule and they called me 30 minutes before they arrived as promised. They diagnosed the problem and explained their plan. They cleaned as they worked and took the time to not to make a mess. Great Job, very fair prices. They also showed me how to properly clean my garbage disposal efficiently. A+ Service

Called them last month for issues with our bathroom. We had a few things that needed to be fixed, clogged sink, toilet kept running water and our bathtub faucet was dripping. They came out the next day and the plumber was nice and professional. He fixed the sink and toilet. He was not able to fix the tub faucet because he did not have a piece which I understood but he requested the part. He informed me that someone would contact me to let me know when they would received it.

Called 3 in 2.5 weeks and informed them about the piece and if it was obtained. Each time I was told they would call me back and let me know. The following week my husband called and she informed him they needed to open the wall and a piece needed to be ordered. Also they we needed to contact a plumber. Which we were thrown back with the statement. I would have given them 5 stars since the other job was done well but lack of communication/ response back could have been better.

One never expects to have problems with your drain system but we know that's false.Perfect Flow handled my drain with total professionalism. They even had a 10.00 discount for first time users (which is always a plus) Dwayne (the owner) had his team at my house quickly and snaked my drain just as fast. Orlando performed his job and didn't leave until my drain ran clear. I totally recommend Perfect Flow to all in need,you won't be disappointed. Knowledgeable, professional and prompt service at a price that is a fraction of what the national chains charge. Our plumber, Dwayne, who is the owner and operator was at my house within 30 minutes.
