They are crooks. They over charge the customers. shop around I'm sure you we get better service for less money. They are the worst. will never use them again.

We had looked at getting central air installed for quite some time. Some reasons we hadn't were that the other quotes we'd gotten were outrageous, or you could never get the contractors to respond. Our neighbors got central air installed by Perfect Comfort and they had nothing but rave reviews. So we decided to give them a call.

Christian came out and did a detailed job figuring out what we would need and going through the options. He set expectations on timing for the installation and when he'd have a quote to us. Beside that he was just a nice guy and easy to work with. He delivered the quote as promised and the price was good so we decided to do it.

The installation happened earlier than promised. We were grateful for this :) The crew that came out was mindful of the house and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and doing professional work. The system turned out great.

I would happily recommend the team at Perfect Comfort.

I have been using Perfect Comfort for several years to service my A/C, they respond immediately, do great work, and are reasonably priced.

The A/C was installed prior to the purchase of our home. It never worked correctly. Perfect Comfort has done an outstanding job of identifying the issues and repairing them and do so at a very reasonable fee.

I bought a Central AC Unit from Perfect Comfort in 2018. They gave me a good price and I felt they did a good job with installation. Over the past couple of years, however, I have had to call them back several times for service, which seemed odd for a new unit. When I turned AC on today for first time this season, it blew warm air. When I called Perfect Comfort they basically blew me off, saying they were booked solid for a week. I explained that I have family and friends flying in to stay at my house for the weekend for my daughter's Bridal Shower, so next week would not work for me. Forecast is for temps near 90 on Sunday. The receptionist spoke with the General Manager who said there was nothing he could do. I further learned that the company had recently been sold, which likely explains the dramatic change in customer service. I would no longer recommend this company to anyone.

Due to the extremely cold weather l was having some issues with my furnace. After googling different companies, i opted to use Perfect Comfort because of the great reviews and i didn't regret it. Contacted Perfect Comfort and was able to get a same day time slot. Technician contact me via phone and notified me when he was 10 minutes from my residence. He showed up as scheduled, and did an excellent job. I was very please with the service provided. Technician was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and did not leave until he was able to ensure that the system was working properly. He took the time to explain to me ways/tips to ensure that l got the best input out of my heating system. He even went above and beyond did some research on his phone and advised me that l might want to look into replacing my boiler ASAP due to the age of the system. Excellent job by Perfect Comfort and its staff, will use again and would recommend.
