out! No one never showed up they stop answering my texts! Had to get another company to come out to fix the problem and was cheaper! Never again!
Joy M.This company does not deserve even one star.I called this company in January2022 to repair toilet the owner answered the phone said he would call me back to set up appointment and never called me back. Then I called him April 26 2022 and set up appointment for April 27 2022 and said would be out to my home April 27 2022 at 11am he never showed or called to say he could not make it. This is terrible customer service and don't deserve to be in business.

Last week my toilet and tub started to back up whenever I used my washer machine or dishwasher. I called out another company to snake it out and they gave me the run around saying I had grease in my mainline and they would have to dig it out and replace the pipes. They never ran a camera to even assume that. So I thought I'll get a second opinion and I've been noticing Perez sewer all over Metro Detroit and down river. I'm so thankful for calling! Santana crawled under my crawl space and snaked it from there which the other company didn't do. He wasn't even here an hour and got the job done. I really respect Perez sewer and plumbing for the work they did. Great company and very honest.
