I can't say enough good things about Juan. He has gone above and beyond for us every time. This time I called him because my water heater started acting up (bought a house with an old water heater and it gave out within 2 months of moving in), I called Juan and he answered promptly, he gave me a reasonable estimate and told me he could come and do the job. He not only replaced my water heater but the enclosure as well since the one I had was smaller. Everything was done very professionally and efficiently. Now I have hot water again and my fiancée couldnt be happier. I am definitely keeping Juan as my plumber to go to for any further projects in the future.

I contacted Perez Re-Pipe about a possible leak I might have had late last night and Juan was able to schedule me early the next morning. He arrived on time as agreed, and was able to identify the leak and had it fixed in no time. He was efficient, fast working, and very reasonable on the price. I can't say enough wonderful things about Perez Plumbing. Recently, our water line from the water meter to the house started leaking under the concrete driveway and was in desperate need of repair/replacement, and I was certain it would mean a lengthy excavation process that would disrupt water service and not able to park on my driveway for days. However, when Juan and the team from Perez Plumbing arrived, they assessed the situation and quickly devised an ingenious strategy to reroute the line, minimizing major excavation. Found Juan and the crew on Yelp and I'm sure glad we went with him. He came out the same day to look at my repipe. I'm not a plumber, but I know how it all works, and I could tell right away he knew what he was talking about. He suggested a few things and told me he would send me a quote shortly. He sent a quote over the next day and the price was better than the previous 2 quotes we got. I've been wanting to get a tankless water heater and he assured me he could install that too. Scheduled a day for him to do it and him and his crew arrived in the morning ready to work. They put plastic down and drop clothes in all the rooms to keep the floors and areas clean. One day job to repipe a 2 bathroom home. The whole team was friendly and polite every time they entered the house. He's been plumbing for a long time but just starting his own business. You got to start somewhere and Juan is gonna be very successful. Don't be discouraged by the small amount of reviews , he's just starting his own business. His price was better than plumbers with 100's of reviews. I bought my own tankless, and he was fine installing any type or brand. Give Juan a shot!!!
