I've had Perez plumbing out to my house a couple of times. Tried other plumbers and they charge so much more than Perez. These guys will be my go-to guys from now on.
They're always professional and friendly. Work fast and actually seem to care about their customers.
They also provide good advice on maintaining your systems so you can do some things yourself.
This is their latest work for me. I had the shower fixture in my house leaking. In looking it over I found that the cartridge was leaking (normally an easy replacement) but looking closer I saw that the housing itself had cracked. Uh oh. Well they did a great job. Two hours. New fixture. Cost was $750. Again a very reasonable price for the job done.

Perez Plumbing is awesome! Same day service for my broken, underground pipe. Courteous, professional staff made a quick repair job at reasonable cost. Highly recommend David and his crew for commercial and home plumbing needs.

After reviewing other plumbers and asking for referrals I went with Perez. They were very professional and detailed in every step. I needed some extra work and they asked for my approval before doing the work. I trusted them. I will use them again.

I completely disagree with the reasonable, fair pricing comments below. BE AWARE, outrageous pricing and completely unreasonable!!!! I recently had to pay an invoice to Perez Plumbing (which was advanced by my condo management office) due to a water leak originated from my unit down to one below in North Seattle area. my below unit called in to report water leaking in their kitchen ceiling area and I was notified immediately to check at my unit so i did. i arrive to my unit in 35 mins as i was giving 45 mins to an hour to get there before Perez would be there and when I got there I noticed it was indeed my fault on the leak. MY contractor (not Perez) fixed the problem immediately to stop the leak and I am also taking care of all repair to the unit below. Perez Plumbing DID NOT do a thing on the visit out, their invoice claimed they drove for 1 hour to get there and waited 15 mins. Then they left. I literally witnessed that they came and left, DID not lift a finger throughout the entire visit. The total charge was $503.77!!! You be the judge to tell me if this is a fair price.

Professional and charged a fair price! I had someone else out to fix a clogged mainline. They wanted $1,400 I told them to take a hike. I called Perez and the fixed it for about $400. They were friendly and professional and got the job done right. I will be sure to call them again!

Fast and reliable work! This team of plumbers arrived ready to promptly take care of our old toilet. They replaced it and schooled us on why we might want an elongated bowl! Seriously though, they did a beautiful job, were very professional and took pride in the entire interaction. Covington, WA: These guys are awesome - that's all I can say. About a month ago, we had a backup in our main line (we have a septic system) and they were able to come out the next day to take a look (super responsive to both texting and phone calls). During the appointment, they took the time to dig up and locate our septic tank (using bad schematics passed down when we bought the house), show me how to access it, and proceeded to snake our main line and attack the clog in the tank as well. They thoroughly explained how to solve the problem, so should the issue arise again (which it did, due to us not changing out our TP brand) we could fix it ourselves. They charged a very fair price, and in teaching me how to solve this problem in the future on my own (rather than just *rely* on their service, which they could have easily done), they've gained a lifelong customer. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Quality work, On Time, Fair Price, Honest, Knowledgeable, Hardworking, and Helpful.
We ran into some problems with broken sewer pipes at our house. David, Felipe, Nathan, and Peter all came out to the house at different points of the process, found the problem, came up with solution, and fixed the problem. They were great from the beginning to the end! We would not hesitate to call them again for our plumbing needs.

I'm on the board of my HOA and The Management Trust is always raving about how great Perez Plumbing is and how inexpensive they are. So when my sister's 2 little boys clogged up her toilet and our plunging couldn't fix it, I recommended she call Perez based on the recommendations from The Management Trust. They couldn't come for 3 days and then ended up charging $370 for a 20 minute snake job.

Wow! I paid $380 to another plumber to have all the plumbing in my whole kitchen installed (brand new dishwasher, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal, etc) as part of a kitchen renovation and that job took 2.5 hrs. Maybe Perez's normal prices are good and my sister just got the ""Sammamish zip code multiplier,"" but if so, that's just not right. Not everyone with a Sammamish zip code is rich. And to rip off a military family where the husband is deployed and the wife is left alone to care for their 5 kids and the house and everything else is subpar and disappointing.

The actual work performed was fine, but the price was so outrageous, it would have been cheaper (and faster!) to just go buy a brand new toilet and install it myself. I've installed a toilet myself several times before and it is not that hard. But the existing toilet is less than a year old and we never imagined it could possibly cost so much to get it snaked.
