I needed a plumber in a hurry in 77009 after my dog wrapped herself around an outside water faucet and broke the pipe! Santos came within an hour exactly as promised. He repaired the pipe to a better condition, and I felt his charge was reasonable.

The folks at Perez Plumbing do a great job at a fair price. Recently replaced our garbage disposal and didn't waste our time and money telling me we needed other things fixed. Make sure to call these folks before your waste your time with the other larger companies. Dependable, honest and local north side plumber! Definitely will be my choice if I need plumbing services again!!

I simply needed my dryer vented to the outside. Mr. Perez came in and needed an extra part brought to him that Home Depot had incorrectly placed. While he waited, he unclogged my sink and replaced some piping free of charge. He was careful to teach me and explain everything that he, and his worker did. He then later helped me work with the city to get my plumbing rerouted for 1/2 the price anyone else has quoted. He's a truly good person and believes in good business.

We had an above ground main waterline leak and a deteriorated nozzle. I contacted several plumbing companies and was quoted $280 and up. Roto-Rooter quoted me $1400! Each of them had varying opinions about what the repair would entail. Long story short, I didn't think I was getting a straigt and honest answer about the job.

Finally, I contacted Perez who l came out the same day and provided a no cost consultation. They explained what ther work would entail and quoted an incredibly reasonable price. I went with them, they completed the repairs the day after the next and all is well.

My only annoyance was when we were told the repairs would be completed the day after the consultation and they were a no show. When we contacted the repairman to inquire he said it was because we didn't pay in advance. I contacted the office and they were apologetic and said the paying in advance excuse was not the case. The repairman arrived early the next day and completed the repair to my full satisfaction.

They're currently building 2 houses across the street and I assume they we're called to hook up the water lines. With no call or note left, they have completely destroyed my yard and cut the root systems of 2 old pecan trees. When I called to find out why I wasn't informed, I was immediately hung up on. Beware if you see their trucks in your neighborhood...
