He fixed the furnace, and then took the time to talk to me about how it worked, what other kinds of furnaces there are, and about furnace maintenance -- I had only had HVACs before, so was clueless. In fact, the first time I used Perez was after Gem gave me a 4K estimate for a job that Perez then completed for $400. The owner, Moises Perez, understands old houses- how they were originally put together, how they have been repaired and renovated during different periods, what to look for when there's an issue and to to best resolve it. Mr. Perez and his workers have been responsive, dependable, and respectful. The work has been done well and prices have been reasonable. I'm glad I found them!
