We are so thankful we found Chris Perez from Perez Electric. We had a problem with some wiring in our kitchen. Several friends, and another electrician, tried to fix the problem, but could not figure it out. When I reached out to Chris, he was very responsive. He came the very next day, quickly diagnosed the problem and found the solution....all in a very short time and at an affordable cost. We could not be more satisfied with the entire transaction! Chris provided good communication and was very friendly and fair. I recommend him highly!

We have the power go out overnight and Chris was able to make arrangements to be out in the morning to troubleshoot. Ultimately our main breaker needed to be replaced. Perez Electrician came highly recommended from a colleague, and I now see why. I had some jobs that needed to be done in a short timeframe before my tenant moved in. Chris was super responsive and made himself available to accommodate my schedule. He did everything from electrical work, painting, installing blinds, setting up appliances, installing toilet, etc. He is very organized in his estimates/invoices and his services are reasonably priced. Chris did an awesome job renovating my place! He painted the whole inside of the house including the doors and closets as well as baseboards and ceilings. He also installed new electrical and lighting throughout. He's super helpful with all things that may need to be fixed or installed. Very reliable and good natured! Highly recommend.

I needed recess lighting in my family room, we hired this company Pérez Electric, he came and did such an amazing job. We finally have light in our family room, it looks so bright now. He was very professional, he knew what he was doing. We had gotten other electrician but they weren't able to do it because I have a two story home and they kept saying they had to break off all my ceiling to install the lights, but Chris was able to do it by just cutting off a square that he fixed and re-texturized. He also changed a regular light to a recess light and fixed my kitchen sink that was leaking from a pipe. I totally recommend him 5s
