Thank God for this place. I live in a house that dated back from WW II that had been hastily built- including a plumbing.

One day our gas had abruptly shut off. It was a Friday and so a lot of businesses were closed on the weekends- including Perez. My usual plumber would not be able to come fix the gas until Monday. Luckily, I called this business and Gabriel was able to come assess our problem right before business hours closed. He came to the conclusion that we had a MASSIVE gas leak under our house due to the faulty plumbing and that the pipes used were literally ROTTING and CRUMBLING away. Had we used a gas stove, we probably would've blown to smithereens. Due to the gravity of the situation, he was kind enough to work outside of business hours and fix the plumbing and replace the pipes the next day. He had workers come under the house to replace ALL the piping with durable high quality pipes. I'm thankful for the quick, professional service Gabriel provided and he gave us a fair price compared to the other plumbers in the area. He potentially saved our lives in the process as well.

We had an appt with Gabriel from 3pm-5pm and he never showed up. No show pretty much also didn't pick up the phone when we called to get an eta. Extremely frustrating

Horrible. Do not call this company. Very unprofessional. Made an appointment 4 days in advanced. Called earlier on the day of appointment to let them know then can earlier than scheduled if available. Said they gad to stick to their appointment time, 4pm. I took time off work to be home on time for this company.... you guessed it, 420 pm no show. Called them. They said let me check the schedule and call you back.. 439pm still no cl back. Super unprofessional business. Do not call

We were experiencing plumbing issues and needed assistance right away. I called and asked for their help and they came out that same day. Service was excellent! The job was well done, very professional and respectful. Took the time to educate us and explain our options. I highly recommend their services.

This company will send someone to you promising they're able to fix whatever plumbing problem you have with a consultation charge of 75$. They will get there and say they cannot fix it. Found another company that didn't charge for consultation and was able to fix the problem. So if you have 75$ to give to this lazy company so be it.

No, wouldn't call again. I scheduled someone to look at an old wall oven. A technician came out, took out some drawers, saw that gas was off and said ""can't do anything, bye."" Collected his $45 and went on his way. He didn't bother putting drawers back nor did he say the oven could or could not be fixed. He didn't bother waiting for anything. He was there a solid 5 minutes. Oh and to add when called back to see if he could help my elderly mother put back the drawers HE took out he said NO.

So far the service has been good. I had my main line cleaned out Friday, by Sunday it was backing up again so i called and i am expecting the guy to come back tomorrow. He stated if i had a guarantee from the plumber then he wouldn't charge me again. I asked him if it was his business than he should know whether his service is guaranteed or not. Keep everyone posted on if they follow through and make sure they complete the job they already charged me for. Or if they will try and get more money out of me. Seems crazy if they try to charge me...

I was amazed at the professionalism in this location I truly recommend their services. It is a breath of fresh air to find an honest business that will go the extra mile around here. All their employees are very kind and respectful. Plus they do home and business calls what more can you ask for!? An appointment lol

Needed my mom's oven fixed, Gabriel showed up on time,friendly and professional... did a great job, fixed the problem and also fixed a gas leak (small) that she had, replacing hose and fixed everything... we definitely recommend this place.. he knew his stuff!

This repairman charges too much and he won't move a screw unless he gets paid for turning it.
