Shortly after my wife, who was in her 3rd trimester at the time, and I moved to our new home, our hot water suddenly stopped working. We had a Navien system, which many plumbers in the area didn't have experience with. I reached out to several plumbers on my list until I got in touch with the staff at Pepe. It was already past 5 PM, but I explained that my wife was 7-8 months pregnant, and we needed hot water urgently.

I can't recall his name, but one of the professionals from Pepe arrived and went above and beyond to help us. Despite having his own family and obligations, he worked beyond his shift out of kindness. We had a meaningful conversation, and he shared his belief in helping other families. Moreover, he took the time to teach me valuable lessons about plumbing since I was a first-time homeowner. Despite the complexity of the Navien system, he made the repair seem surprisingly straightforward (though I knew it wasn't). While I can't remember the exact cost, I do remember that it was reasonably priced, considering his extra effort and time.

I was immensely grateful for his assistance, and I regret not leaving this review sooner. I apologize for forgetting his name, but because of him, I wholeheartedly give Pepe a 5-star rating. If I ever encounter water troubles in the future, they will be my first call!

Had two experiences with Pepe plumbing they rushed over when I had a pipe burst leading to my steam heater did the job very quickly gave me a fair price the work was done well would recommend the second time Mr. Pepe himself came over after my heater would not fire and he fixed it within seconds and refused to take money...Highly recommended!

We had a major plumbing problem in a house we are renting. Pepe responded promptly and got someone there the same day. The plumber who came to the house, Jose, called and gave me a full, on-site explanation of what they had found and likely repairs, along with multiple photos. Company owner Garrett Pepe followed up by phone and walked us through the process. (Garrett also promptly returned subsequent phone calls during the process.) Unfortunately, they were not able to come out to make repairs the very next day, but did get someone there on the morning following, when repairs were fully completed to our satisfaction. Everyone was very polite and willing to go above and beyond in communication. Without hesitation I would use Pepe again.

My first experience was very positive. The second time I needed service I called 4 times, and sent messages from their website, and no one replied. I finally got in touch with owner a WEEK later. He said he would come on Tuesday, and never heard from him since.

I'm giving a second star because the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to teach. Otherwise, their response time was not good (4 days), they failed to call back when they said they would twice, his estimated time of arrival day-of was between 8-12, and I'm pretty sure they price gouged me on the job when it was all over.

Called them to check out a leak we were having. They came to look at it, and told us they would be back two days later to repair. We took a day off of work to wait for them. At 5:00, no one had shown up. We called them up to inquire what time they were getting there, and they said they were too busy and couldn't come that day, so I told them we would find someone else.

Several weeks later, we received a bill for the initial call and for the next day, claiming that someone showed up and we sent them home. I called to advise them that we weren't paying for something we never received, and that if anything, they should pay us for a day's work lost because they never showed up. The woman who answered yelled at me, told me never to call them again, and hung up. (Wonderful customer service!)

I promise you, we'll never call you again!! Unreliable is bad enough. Unreliable and rude - perfect combination for a great business experience!
