Great service, if you're looking to get scammed! I called this company & they showed up on time and ready to take advantage of the fact that I was desperate to fix my plumbing. My father had just been released from the hospital so I really needed the job done ASAP, but that is far from what happened. It's a father and son company who said their work is guaranteed but that is simply not the case. They did not ask many questions & immediately decided to hydrojet into a pipe that was not even the right one! I know this now after having several other plumbers come take a look. Over the phone they told me they would use a camera to better solve the problem but that's another thing they neglected to do. The son looked at me straight in the eyes & said it was a done deal no matter what. However, they walked away with 650 dollars for a one hour ""job"" & had the audacity to instruct us to call the city to fix our plumbing instead of him. I have to take accountability in being too trusting but it's a lesson learned! Don't make the same mistake I did.
