The owner came out a few months ago to help with a clog we thought we had and snaked the drain and everything seems to be working a few months later the same issue came up again so we called him back. He came and snaked many of the drains to figure out where the problem was and said he was gonna come back two days later and didn't. For three weeks, I've been chasing him calling to figure out if he was going to come complete the job and kept saying he would come out and never would show up, and after three weeks whenever I call, he just hangs up on me. I thought he was a reputable plumber based off many recommendations, but after this experience, I would not recommend if this is how he treats customers of hanging up instead of giving direct answers and not following through when he says he will complete something. I paid him to come out and fix the problem and he did not. I am extremely disappointed.

I had a backed up drain from a clogged main I found Friday night. I thought I had called every rooter in Douglas County untill I found Pepe le Phew! Called him at 8:45 on Saturday morning and he was here by 11am. An hour and a half later and he was done and my bill was lower than I expected. Mitch was a man of a few words, but very good at what he does.

Backed up tub, called and the guy came within the hour. Unbelievable service. Worked on my 80 year old mothers house for three hours and charged her an unbelievable low price. Explained to me exactly what was going on and how to fix it myself to save money. This guy is all in for his customers...spread the word, people need this guy.
