How can I describe Peoples Plumbing? Worst service ever!!! First they were late when I told them I had to leave at a certain time(keep in mind they guaranteed the time) Then he was smoking on my front porch the whole time on a personal call which seemed to be his wife or a girlfriend, this instead of fixing the leak that continued to flood my house. They charged a fortune for what was a relatively easy fix. The next day it started leaking again and upon inspection they had replaced with USED parts

Lazy work. Terrible service. Hired them to install a tub. They left two chips inside the tub, and of course claimed it wasn't them. Then I heard dripping in the wall. Asked them to come back and they didn't. I hired someone else who cut into the wall to check the problem. There was a bad leak. They didn't properly connect / thread the pipes. There was a piece of wood in the way. Rather than take 5mins to cut out the piece of wood they crossed thread the pipe as hard as they could, and it was at an angle causing a leak. I told them the problem and they said they couldn't get back out for a while as """"they had many big jobs they were working on"""" I guess my small job and doing it properly wasn't a priority. Thank god I hired someone else

So many things... it's hard to know where to start They take forever to respond to you, they are rude, both frank and Jody are so rude! They came to my house about an issue several times, they were late every single time. The last time frank came to the house he explained the problem that I had already explained to him and then said """"I'm surprised you haven't had an issue"""" seriously who does he think informed him of the problem???? Don't waste your time! Skip this company all together!

DO NOT hire this company especially if your a contractor. We legally have 30 days to pay any subcontractor by law. They had the nerve to call my client after I communicated to owner & office manager they would be paid within that time period. Guess their extremely hard up for money as we have no other trades chasing us for finally payment....CONTRACTOR BEWARE!

I have now used People's Plumbing for two jobs and been thrilled with their service. They had great response time and the pricing on both jobs was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend. Honest plumbers are hard to find

They replaced my hot water heater and today replaced my wax seal on the toilet. Quick response and did a great job, even cleaning up before they left. I highly recommend them. It's extremely hard to find a good, reliable, affordable plumber. This is one! Customer for life.

Absolutely horrific customer service. The people on the """"answering service"""" are extremely unhelpful. I get that the time windows aren't gonna be perfect, thag thjngs happen and people can be running behind schedule. but I expect to be informed if you're going to be over an hour and a half late. Then when you bring that up they act like jerks, blame other parts of the company (the call center blames the technicians, the technicians blame the call center). It's clearly not a well run organization. I won't be using them again.

Frank Senior came out to give me an estimate on a Saturday to replace my sewer line and he was very rude. This was not a small job and I knew it would be expensive but asked about alternatives. He told me to just forget that because there was no other way to do it. He told me he would get back to me on Monday. I called the office on Monday and the woman told me they wouldn't have the estimate until Fri. I was getting several estimates and no other plumber needed that much time. I told her I needed to make a decision quickly and needed it sooner. She told me they had several emergency jobs over the weekend and would do the best they could. She called me back 10 mins later to tell me they were going to pass in my job. Overall I was treated rudely & they were unprofessional. There are too many quality plumbers out there to ever use this plumber! Do not do business with them!

Frank was referred to us by our plumber friend that didn't have time for several days to help with a main water line leak that forced us to have no water for over 24 hours already. Frank came out within a few hours, gave us two options (repair the old line or replace it). We decided it was best to replace. He had a crew out that afternoon to start the process since w had already been without water for 2 days. His crew finished the project the next day and we were up and running with water. Frank also fixed other minor issues in the process. Although we weren't prepared for such a big project and the cost associated with it, Frank was honest with us and bent over backwards and moved us to the top of his priorities. Awesome job!!!

Worst service, do NOT recommend. ZERO stars. They damaged my brand new floors and refused to admit it was caused by them. No apology, no solution and took over a week to return both of my calls, just to tell me they didn't believe me. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
