John is amazing! Truly a kind and caring soul. He's dependable, efficient and takes his time to help you understand the situation and your options. He's honest and upfront, if he can fix it, he will, if it's got to be replaced, he'll help you understand your options. My AC went out during the night (in August, no less) and he was at my house by 8:15 am and had it diagnosed by 8:30. I will never use anyone but John again!
