Pentegon Plumbing is my ""go to guy"" for all my plumbing needs . I have been using them for more than 10 years and have always experienced excellent service. From a leaky faucet to replacing the water supply line from the street to my home. They have performed quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to resolve plumbing problems.

So how panic would you be in when your sink is leaking just 2 days before the thanksgiving you are hosting? Badly.

My dad knew the quality of service and staff of Pentagon Plumbing, INC. so I took his advice to take care of issues with my sink by dialing PPL.

I called and they set up service between 4-6pm the day of. The technician Alfred called around 5:30pm to inform us that he is on the way. It took only 15 minutes or so till he figured out what was the issue and to solved. It was easy and stress free.

This is the first time ever I had to call plumber to fix anything and I am so grateful that I called Pentagon Plumbing, INC.

WARNING stay away from Pentagon Plumbing unless you have money to burn.. I contacted pentagon to open up my main drain line and to put a camera down there to see why it constantly clogs previously I had paid them $300 for the camera and $350 for the jetter. They ended up using their large jitter which I thought would cost about $100 or $200 more, but when I got the final bill it was just under $2,000. they did not inform me of all the extra costs and fees they were putting in this bill until I received the bill. I contacted David the owner, but he was unwilling to negotiate a lower price and said every penny was justified.this company is not upfront about their costs and ends up bearing hundreds of dollars of additional costs that you do not expect. They don't tell you about it until the job is done. David said if you don't pay your bill I will put a lien on your home. Do not do business with a shady company like this is my recommendation.

We were referred here by our regular plumber.Very nice responsive appointment scheduling process. Darren arrived w/o ppe protocols visible. Diagnosed our troubles & bid us the 7 year ago purchase price of our water heater. Which included his $120/hr fee to drive across town for the list of components he was changing. We called our plumber & they will sell & install a new heater for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel relair & offered to pay service call. They refused payment & apologized. Next thing you know Darren starts whining sour grapes by text about parts n costs. He thinks covid 19 is imaginary. I suggested he seek factual information sources. & decided to stop replying to his texts.
A few minutes later he mistakingly sends a text meant for his boss.... calling me a pea-headed fk lol yes he couldnt spell f lol. I told him i would let his boss read those. If chancing Pentagon Plumbing you should make sure they dont send Darren

Very satisfied. I had SW Gas put a connection pipe outside of our house in the back yard. The gas company gave me several plumping companies to call to have my BBQ grill hooked up to the natural gas line. Dawn was very patient and professional as I had to reschedule several appointments for this. When the technician arrived he hooked everything up in less than 30 minutes. Dawn then call me and told me that they over charged me and they credited me the money back. I would call this company for any plumbing need.

Total ripoff. They told us we needed a 16,000 dollar repipe, whole house. After two other estimates, we found only a short run needed, about 2 grand. Instead of apologizing for their lame work, they simply said they would match prices with the reputable companies. Ya, right...

My real estate agent recommended Pentagon, saying ""I've heard good and not-so-good, but they're a third recommendation, so give them a call if no one else works out.""
Pentagon was the third company to come out and quote.
A-the tech didn't know about a standard plumbing tool; a cable saw. SHOCKING.
B-He couldn't give a quote because he didn't know how long it would take to move things around so he could get his Sawzall in to the area to cut the pipe.
C-Hemming and hawing around the install was our first clue that this plumber would not be a good fit.
D-He offered no idea of how long it would take. The other two companies commented that ""at worst, cut out the entire stack, rebuild, and install would take 90 mins to 2 hours.""

He indicated it ""might be a two hour job or a four hour job."" At two hours, their price would be only slightly higher than the previous two quotes, at four hours (priced at $109.00 for second hour and beyond), they'd be triple the previous two quotes. When I asked if it could possibly go beyond four hours, he responded that he didn't know. I explained that I was not going to hire someone who couldn't give me a quote, and couldn't tell me approximately how long it would take. That's just stupid. I could be spending $500.00 before I knew it.

The tech who came to our house did not instill confidence. No questions, just lots of thinking out loud, and not being able to see a rapid solution. The other two that came out both had immediate thoughts, responses, quotes for time and materials.
His ""non-estimate"" of at least $350.00 for time/materials was a bit more than the first quote of $190.00 for time/materials, and only slightly higher than $260.00 for time/materials.

The guy that came from the second company came in with bootie covers, nitrile gloves, very high standard of speaking, looked us in the eye, and felt trustworthy. The tech from Pentagon walked through the wet driveway, leaves, and pine needles, didn't clean his feet on our doormat, and tracked in water on our newly polished floor of our just-purchased home. No booties, no real sense of pride nor presentation. He's probably a good tech, and it was just hidden beneath his demeanor and presentation.
Needless to say, we hired the second quote that seemed priced in the middle, as Pentagon would not offer a quote, saying they'd have to do the job first, and then tell us how much it would cost.

Job is done, and done well. Hated to share with my real estate agent that Pentagon wasn't all that impressive.

Had a rental property that had a broken waterline. After interviewing several companies, some of which wanted exorbitant amount of money for the work involved, I settled on Pentagon as their estimate was reasonable and they seemed ready to do the work immediately. Once I gave them the green light they set about to schedule the work, consult with the tenant, and got the fix done in one day and on budget. I reviewed the work and was happy with the results. I wished I found them sooner! Altogether, Pentagon Plumbing is a quick, courteous, effective company that is well worth bringing in for the fixes other companies in Vegas can't seem to do in satisfaction to the client. Would enthusiastically hire them again for any future plumbing problems.
