Spoke to them to set up an appointment. She said he could come out now to check out the plumbing, presumably to look at the situation and give an estimate. Great. Then she rudely ended the call when I asked if he would charge for the visit, a perfectly legitimate question.

Reasonable pricing and great service by one of my favorite family teams. I currently have used their services well over 20 times and will continue to do so. Their pricing makes some other plumbers feel like scam artists!

This plumbing company scheduled an appointment between 10am and 12pm, but no one showed up. When I called they told me the plumber called in sick, yet no one called me. When I questioned their business ethics the lady on the phone hung up. This is not a company to business with. Nasty people!

I had back up in my drains this weekend causing all my drains in the house and toilet to fill up with water. Very unexpected and stressful. Trying to save money, we rented a snake from home depot to clear them ourselves. The depot ended up giving us 2 broken snakes back to back. Unfortunately the 3rd time we just couldn't get them to clear. We now know our main drain that's in our front yard that connects to the main sewage line in the street was clogged. We called maybe 6 other plumbers who were quoting us anywhere from $180 to $300 to come and look at it. But they were also saying they wouldn't be able to make it out for a couple if days.... Which is hard because I have children and we need our toilets. Anyways, got the number to Pennywise and though we were quoted $100 on the phone and waited an hour or so for the guy to come, when he got there he was very professional, realistic, super fast to clear it and even charged us less than what was quoted! Thank you for your service and I will definitely refer you guys to other friends and family in Moreno Valley. Thanks again!!

Do not use this plumber!! There are many other options in our area. The plumber is out for the 3rd time to fix a water main to our house. Twice the first day and now again today.
The plumber put some blue PVC glue on a 90degree angle fitting and didn't even let the glue cure. He just turned the high pressure system back on and left. What do you know a few hours later we have a river flowing down the street.
Use a different plumber.

Called this plumber and made appointment for following week. I was told that he would arrive at 9am. At noon I called and was told that he was on his way. Bottom line......plumber never showed up! Never called to let me know they were not coming and apparently this is a habit of theirs.
There are plenty of professionals out there that will show up when they say they will and complete the work requested in the time promised.
Pennywise is a day late and a dollar short!!
Terrible company with terrible habits!!

These people were recommended by my neighbors so I gave them a call. We called on Thursday, 1-29-15, and made an appointment for Saturday, 1-31-15 between the hours of 10 and 12. By 12:30 no one had shown up or called so I called to find out when the plumber was coming. The lady that answered seemed rather distracted but she asked me if I was at the Riverside address and I said yes. She assured me that someone would be here within the hour. Guess what? No one came. No one called. I called their number again at 2:00 and was told that the plumber was done with the call at the ""Riverside address"" and I informed her that no one had come. When I verified my address she muttered something about not having it listed but assured me someone would be out to my house. About 15 minutes later, the plumber called and said that he wouldn't be able to come out. It turns out that they only have one plumber even though the lady in the office made it sound like they could get someone out right away. I asked the plumber, ""What am I supposed to do? I have been waiting all day and we need a plumber."" His response was, ""I don't know, I can't make it out there today.""

Yes, I know screw ups happen but this is extremely annoying and frustrating. I had to cancel things that I had planned on doing this afternoon and I am VERY annoyed that the plumber did not even offer to come out the next day. I would have agreed to wait until Monday if they had at least offered to come out then but they didn't.

so i had a natural gas leak on the outside of my house i had called 2 or 3 companies before pennywise all them wanted outrageous prices to dig a trench and fix the piping i called these guys to my shock the owner of the company shows up to fix the problem which is rare now a days he couldnt fix it the day he came but he plug the line for so we could have hot water at no charge and came on that monday. one of his workers broke a couple of my water pipes but he fixed them without hesitation glad to see some guys are still upfront with their workers mess he fixed everything and gave me a good price i highly recommend them for pipe problems

I had some major water stains on the ceiling of the 1st story of my two story house. After calling a few plumbers for estimates and getting the run around. I saw this van for Pennywise plumbing and decided to give them a call. They were upfront and very easy to work with. The owner philp showed up on time and pin pointed the problem right away. Good service, Very good price!! Or should I say Penny wise. Give them a call, this is as good as it gets.
