In the 25+ years I've lived in the area I've used quite a few plumbers, but Penny Plumbing has been the best. They have great service, the people are very nice to deal with and I know they will get the job done right. They take the time to find the problem, not just the easy fix. Today I had a bad clog in the pipes & Josh found out what the problem was & solved it. He saved me from having to dig up the floor to get at the pipe. I really appreciated his thoroughness. I not only trust Penny Plumbing with my household needs, but I also use them for my business. I recommend Penny Plumbing for all plumbing and heating/air conditioning needs.

It's Sunday night around 9 P.M., I notice a small puddle of water on my bathroom floor. So I follow the small trail of water to underneath the sink and I notice the cold water valve is leaking. Nothing major and I figure I can fix this, so I grab my channel locks and a small crescent wrench and go to work. So I get to work and the leak gets worse. I mean more than a gallon or two in less than an hour (SH*T).
I get on Yelp and start looking for plumbing service, I call one plumber and the tech is not available until the following morning. I call Penny Plumbing read the reviews (which were good by the way) and saw that they were available.
I call the number and get an answering service which put my in contact with Josh, Josh said he would come to my place and be there in about 15-20 minutes and he was right on time. I gave Josh quick summary of the problem, my plumbing skills and showed him the leak.
Josh was very professional, explained what the problem could likely be and quickly got to work and resolved the issue.
Considering the problem I had, the time of day and it was Sunday night, I am glad that I was able to call someone who took care of business, was pleasant to deal with and did the job right. Pricing may vary depending on what your situation so I won't comment on that, but I will tell you it was fair. I will definitely keep the number around for future reference.

Robert came to my husbands company,fixed the problem and he did a fantastic job. Then my husband asked him to come to our home to see why our sink was leaking..etc... He was right on time and took his time- He knew immediately it was our faucet ..Not the pipes! Recommended a better quality faucet. I then asked him how much do I owe you, he said ""nothing"". Thank- You Robert!! :)

Called on a Saturday night for a clogged toilet. Josh showed up within 15 minutes and did a great job for the quoted price. Will use them again. Good service.

Called them 3 hours ago. Then 1.5 hours ago. Then 5 minutes. The answering service gives u the same answer that they will have a tech call you. No explanation is given. Finally in desperation for some kind of response the answering service said that the tech isn't responding. I suggested they call owner but they said he would find out.

We had a plumbing issue that required attention. I read some Yelp reviews and settled on Penny plumbing. I called and Josh answered about y PM on Friday night. He set an appointment for 12-2 pm on Saturday. He showed up at exactly 12 pm. I gave him a brief description of the problem and he explained to me what he would do to fix it. He got his equipment of his truck and got right to work. Josh answered all my questions and was very nice the whole time. He completed the job quickly and efficiently for the low end of the scale he quoted me. I also had asked about another minor job and he gave me a chance to back out of that if I wanted to, of course I had him do this job. He also gave us a few great tips to avoid plumbing problem (do not use plungers) that were not even related to the problem he came to solve.

All in all, great visit, efficient work, stuck to estimate, I am completely satisfied and will be using them any time I need a plumber.

Had an AC issue on a Sunday and contacted Phil at Penny HVAC. Within 2 hours of my call, Phil was on-site, diagnosed the problem and made arrangements the following day (Monday) to fix unit, since the compressor parts house wasn't open till Monday. If the issue would not have been major (compressor and condensing unit), it could have been fixed on the spot. Phil was professional, and did exactly everything as promised. Great customer service and great work !

I called at 9PM tonight when I got home and realized that my air conditioner was not working. It was 85 degrees in my house. They were here within the hour and completed the repair. Great service and a very friendly service man. Thank you Penny Plumbing. You saved the day(or night)

Great service temp was 102 my Ac was out called them, they gave me a 2 hr window on a Sunday between 11-1 by 11:06 they were calling me, checked my unit and found the bad electrical part In a
blast followed by cleaning the unit and checking the freon level to make sure there were no leaks, very great price for the work and being there in that timely matter highly recommend them
