Dont fall for it !!!!!!
I signed on for $49 to get my ac serviced on July 15 2015
On my daughters birthday they showed up over an hour late making excuses. We agreed on $49 for the ac service, we informed him that we were having a problem with the low voltage wire. Indeed he confirmed it was a low voltage wire and he repaired it. The whole visit from start to finish was less than 30 minutes. I was very surprised when he wanted more money. Since it was my daughter s birthday and I wasn't going to argue in front of my guests I paid him another $140 to go away. So $49 became $189.
Never did he inform me that he was changing the deal from $49. I have contacted this company with my dissatisfaction of the entire transaction and they have yet to respond to me. Clearly this was a bait and switch catching me in a compromising situation with him knowing it was my daughters birthday and were were delayed by his actions.

VERY happy with there service. my wife woke me up to a leaking water heater at 630am. she called Penny plumbing as was given a 8am to 11am window. the repair person call at 8:05am and was there by 8:15. quoted me a price and length of time it would be to remove and replace the water heater. he was right on. this is the second time we have used them. if anything should happen again we will be calling again.

I was referred to Josh from a friend when the AC unit at our rental property died. We got two estimates and a friend from the industry let us know there was no fixing it. Just replacing. He called Josh and let him know I would be calling and the next day Josh was out there and done by 11am. Our 9 month pregnant tenant was so happy. I was thrilled to find out they were a plumbing co and not just an AC co, now I can use them for everything else that comes up. Josh was so so nice and easy to deal with. As an owner, its all about piece of mind knowing you can call a company and not worry that you will be getting overcharged because you're not there to see it all. I will absolutely be calling Josh and Penny Plumbing every time i need something!!!

Had such a bad experience with another plumbing company charging us $3600 for two leaks...My husband nearing fainted, what made it worst the other guy came back telling us he would fix it cheap...as a sideline job..""WHAT THE HELL???"".. Got referred to Penny Plumbing, Michael was nice, helpful, and answered all our questions...We will refer this company to all our family members and friends...call them for all your plumbing needs, you won't regret it....

My entire sewer system was back up on a Sunday. Michael came out within an hour of the call and fix the problem within a few minutes. He was polite, professional, and pleasure to deal with! Great experience!

I recently found myself in the unenviable position of having to replace my bathtub and shower surround. I went with Penny Plumbing (and their affiliate, Clear Coast Construction), based on the recommendation of my friend. I had recently been ripped off by another construction company, and so I was worried about suffering the same fate again. Fortunately, this company proved to be top-notch. The workers actually came when they said they would, did exemplary work, and were receptive to implementing my ideas into the project. You can rest assured that your project will be done correctly and in a timely manner if you go with these great guys!

We purchased a service contract for bi-yearly maintenance of our furnace and HVAC. We called for a visit that ended up requiring a fuse change to the furnace (this was their second visit). Cost $170, generously lowered to $125. Stay away.

You know the old joke about the guy whose AC dies on the hottest weekend of the year? Well that was me. I heard a bad rattle Friday night and made the stupid decision to ride it out until Monday when I could get my usual service out. Saturday evening, the unit is eerily quiet and no longer blowing cold. I start looking for someone who can come out on the weekend. After trying a few others, I called Penny and the immediately connected me to a tech (no answering service that then may or may not pass the message along). He told me he could be there Sunday between 10 and 12. He showed around 11. I needed a new motor - he had the part. My unit was fixed by 12:30. The tech was cool and a total pro. The price for the work was fair. They did charge a premium for the Sunday call, but given how few companies offer that service, I was comfortable with that. THANKS!

I've had nothing but great service, from making the appointment online and receiving a prompt and accommodating reply, to the pleasant, neatly dressed specialists who came on time and did a thorough check of the plumbing issue I was having. When it was determined that the make and style of the toilets were the issue (slow draining) they explained the dynamics and differences among toilets. Told me about options but didn't try to sell the job. I've used Penny Plumbing before and had very similar experiences. I suspect that this is a very team-oriented company where employees are held to high expectations at all levels and are also treated like valuable members of their company. Oh, and I almost forgot, but they charged nothing for the appointment. Definitely give Penny Plumbing a try!

Buyer BEWARE!!
I highly recommend going some place else, that is unless you like crooks and scammers! If they tell you that you need to buy something new, I would suggest getting a second opinion. It could save you $$$!
Had them move two AC units from back of house to the side, about 5 feet. During this, they lied to us and told us that valves in the unit were shot and could not be replaced. They said the coolant would leak out ( which it did) and that the only options was to get new AC units, enter sales pitch.
Turns out the valves could easily be replaced and the leak was due to a poor weld job. During the second opinion, the leak was detected in the cooper line at the weld and the valves were not even the issue. This second opinion saved me thousands!
Trust me, I understand that mistakes happen and the service guy could have made a mistake. I am not upset by this, it is the terrible customer service that is the issue.
I contacted Penny Plumbing and dealt with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They talked down to my wife and I, and were not interested in resolving the issue. I'm still in shock at the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service.
I would suggest staying away!
