This company came very highly recommended by a contractor that I used for repairs on my place. The plumber went out and started the inspection and seemed very competent and stated that he would come back the next day and finish his inspection and get me the quote right away because he knew it was a dire situation as I am selling the property. That was the one and only phone call that I received from this plumber. He didn't return my calls or texts. I called the main office and they said they would contact him to call me and still nothing. VERY UNRELIABLE in my book if that's how you do business. I have had to scramble from 2500 miles away to get things done that could have been handled with a simple return call letting me know if he could or could not do the job. I do NOT recommend this company if you are looking for reliability and professionalism.

We needed a plumber ASAP this morning. Called Penny Pinch and it was Sergio who came to our rescue! I placed the call at 11:07, got a return call at
11:11 to let us know Sergio would be at our home in 30 minutes. Our problem was minor, but that's not the point. It's all about customer service,
attitude, and of course price. All were outstanding. I have put their number in contacts, and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

On Sunday Dec. 31 the water main on my property broke. With water running down the side of my deck, across the patio and out to the street I call Frank the owner of Penny Pinch Plumbing. He left his family to come rescue me. The main was repaired that day. Additionally , I had them return the following week to put in a water pressure control valve at the street meter to alleviate the force coming from the city into my pipes. I already have a pressure control valve from where the water goes into the house. Sergio did the second part of my job. Both men are pleasant, friendly, and very professional.

This was one exceptional experience. First of all, Frank Martinez was awarded the bid because of his professional demeanor, his detailed estimate and his Yelp reputation. Secondly, the crew (Sergio, Juan, Esteban, Frankie and later, Frank) arrived two minutes early, they set up, they left us with a completely new gas line and a beautifully working tankless hot water heater. It was a fun experience and the crew welcomed my seemingly endless questions. Their work was clean, doubly safe and visually excellent. I am so grateful for their fine work and fun work atmosphere (including the constant teasing of Frankie).

Sergio is a wonderful plumber and came to our rescue yesterday to repair our toilet. With a house full of holiday guests a bad toilet is a sad affair - but Sergio and Penny Pinch Plumbing came to our rescue. We have a Home Warranty company that we called and they sent out Penny Pinch Plumbing - Wow they were FAST! They were efficient and Sergio went the extra mile to help coordinate the replacement of the toilet with the Warranty company.

Most important there was nothing to clean-up at all...Sergio laid out a big cloth to catch all the ick and after trying to get it working you would never had known he was in there... the bathroom was spotless and the new toilet was PERFECTLY installed.

Really really can not give enough praise for this company and Sergio.

We had been calling around to a few different plumbing places to get our kitchen faucet fixed. One company didn't even show up and others offered a ridiculously high price. Penny Pinch came out within hours of calling them and our faucet was fixed in no time flat for less than half the price of what other companies were quoting.

We are super happy and will be using them against we appreciate finding an honest, dependable plumber.

I have called this company two days straight in a row even left a message they failed to answer or even reply to my message I have never dealt with such poor customer service if this is how they treat they customers well it doesn't speak well for their service I'd stay away
