John completed the two tasks in under two hours. He is skilled and knowledgeable, very professional, and cleaned up any mess that was made.

The remodel of my basement post-flooding has now been finished. And I absolutely have to come back on with an update.

For months and months, John and Bob have continued to be with me every step of the way. I have learned that John is incredibly talented not just with plumbing but with every form of home construction. This means that, when he tackles a plumbing job, he comes at it from all angles and perspectives and can therefore skillfully think outside of the box and solve even the most complex problems if, heaven forbid, they arise (which they did during my project, unfortunately).

John's attention to detail, his amazing knowledge base, his incredible work ethic, his unfailing honestly, and his vast skillset cannot be rivaled. When the long project was over, and he finished installing the very last thing, as he was headed out of my home for what I hope (for his sake, my goodness, the poor man has almost lived in my basement these last many months), I literally teared up and told him that having his help has been the biggest blessing.

I cannot, I CANNOT, I cannot IMAGINE having to go through what I've gone through with my broken, damaged, flooded (multiple times), badly-built home without him. He has fixed it all, he has metaphorically held our hands, he has helped so much. I couldn't have made it through without him. John and Bob, there aren't enough words to thank you both. What an incredible blessing you both have been.

To anyone reading this, do not be afraid of their lack of large amounts of Yelp reviews. PennMarVa often works on hotel construction, which wouldn't typically net them a ton of Yelp reviews, but which would obviously demonstrate that they know just what they're doing. They're incredible. I'm so lucky they also do residential work. You couldn't do better.

Pennmarva has done several large jobs for me over the past 15 years including installing a zone radiator heating in an 1890's house (which involved replacing the old cast iron pipes with copper) and replacing all my zinc drain pipes that were leaking with PVC pipes. The quality of work was excellent and the price competitive. What inspired me to write was the fact that they recently turned down a job to install a radiator and instead convinced me that an electrical baseboard heater (which they do not install) would be a better solution to my problem. This showed real honesty and integrity and indicates they have the customers best interest in mind. I highly recommend this company.
