An enormous thank you to Joey and Marcel for fixing my upstairs clogged toilet and tub. They had to come behind a company that made the situation worse. Due to the abnormal plumbing layout and the lack of care and knowledge of the previous plumbers sent out by the property manager, Joey and Marcel's job was very challenging. They handled the situation with complete care and professionalism. Beyond grateful for their patience and getting the job done correctly. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Fraudulent company that takes advantage of women and seniors. Called them to repair a gas leak, and made no attempt to troubleshoot. They refused to go under the foundation of our house because the access hole was boarded, although I gave them permission to remove it. They also refused to hook up air to the gas line to check where the leak was. Quoted me over $8000 to run a whole new line by trenching our yard, saw cut our driveway and more, just to get a new line to our unit. I paid $415 for 2 hours of their time just to tell me that. They took their time as well to up the hourly rate. I called another plumber which found the leak right next to the access hole within minutes and only charged me a few hundred dollars. Get a second opinion before settling with Pennine plumbing.

Our sump pump needed to be replaced, and based on a family referral we gave Pennine a call. Great service from Armando! He came out the first day and did a thorough check of the pump and drain line to determine where the problem was. After discovering the pump motor was shot, he came back out the next day to install a new system. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done & did very clean work. I would definitely call Pennine again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Have used Pennine plumbing many times over the years. This time we had a problem with the air gap between the dishwasher and sink. It was backing up and spilling water into the sink, on the countertop, and onto the kitchen floor. Anthony came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. We had a severe kink in the rubber hose going from the air gap to the garbage disposal. He also discovered that the garbage disposal was leaking from its base, and needed replacement. Anthony completed all of the repairs in a timely manner, and everything is working like new again. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Will always use Pennine plumbing!
