I had Tony stop by, great guy very professional, switched out my garbage disposal, and noticed that my faucet needed replacing, so he recommended I do so, honestly it was giving me a hard time, but never came to me to change it till he suggested it, and I'm glad he did.
Definitely recommend this company, and if you do ask for my man Tony.

Yes, finally a plumber I can trust! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. They quoted me fair $ (after calling around and talking with other companies, they seemed best choice and got service same day!) flat rate for labor and material and fixed it in just over an hour.
I will be using them again.

Their work is not guaranteed. If they fix something and you have an issue again because it wasn't fixed properly, they will charge you again. They are very greedy that way. They somehow justify charging you and blaming the customer instead of standing by their work. Last week I had a leak under my sink that was supposedly fixed by one of their plumbers. Less than a week later, it was still leaking in the same exact place under my sink and I get charged again $99 for it to be fixed properly and no compensation for the first plumber who didn't fix the leak properly. I am sure the owner will respond to this with some BS excuse and somehow justify charging me again to make themselves look good.

Had Pennine Plumbing install a water main line. They were able to bore 55ft underground without affecting my driveway or yard area. They only had to dig 2 holes, one 5x3ft hole that was 3-4ft deep, and the other hole was even smaller next to the house where the water line goes in. The work was completed in 6-7 hours, the plumber Bob was very nice, and answered any questions we had, Tim quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Will use Pennine on any future plumbing issues.

Just wanted to say that we feel so happy to have discovered Pennine Plumbing. We have found them to be excellent in fixing our plumbing problems, fair with their prices, and pleasant to deal with from the office staff to Larry, the plumber, who always leaves things as clean or cleaner than he finds them.

Saw their van around town and called and made an appointment to see what the problem was with our shower drainage. A big hair ball. The guy pulls out the hair ball and installs some rings under two toilets. He also installed a shower head in another bathroom. He was there for less than two hours. He had told me the hourly rate was $75. Ok. $75x2=$150, or so I thought. He charged me $200+ including the shower head, which was a silver generic one he had ok hand in his truck that didn't match my shower hardware. That was late in the afternoon. The next morning, we turn on the water and there is absolutely NO water pressure. We had no problems with water pressure prior to pulling out a clump of hair in the shower drain and installing the two rings in the toilets so what's the problem?!? I called and no return call. I called several more times and finally got a return call. The guy says for him to come back and see what happened it would be another $75 just to take a look. Ugh, not happy.

UPDATED: so basically your response to my review confirmed EVERYTHING that I just said! What is the point of reiterating every single detail
if everything I said is true and correct? I am telling the story like it happened, and I have better things to do than sit here and type reviews that are untrue. This is MY review from MY perspective as the client. You guys didn't stand behind your work, and, furthermore, IF you supposedly knew about the low pressure when you came to complete the job, why didn't you fix the issue with the pressure? And why after you worked on the plumbing did the pressure go down to literally ZERO? So basically you did a half fast job, were incompetent, or were not correct in saying that you came out for a pressure issue. You came about because the drain was clogged and the shower would not drain. Prior to your visit, the pressure wasn't down to a drip, which is what happened after your work. And lastly, don't call me a liar and tell me you called me the next business day. We called several times and left multiple messages because we received a call back...for the follow up issue, not the original call the first time we ever contacted you.
