I hired PWP&H for the first time to clean the lateral from my stack to the street after the guy that had done that for me in the past retired. It proved to be a very tricky cleanout job because of some roots that had accumulated at the juncture between the vent and the lateral. They ultimately had to bring in some more advanced equipment to complete the task which they did without complaint or asking for more money. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, skill and commitment to achieving a satisfactory outcome. I will definitely hire them again.

Great customer service. Family owned & operated.
Problem solved within 2 1/2 hours of discovery. A trusted friend had recommended then to me a while ago & I was glad I had their number in my phone when I discovered I had a problem this morning. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for a call back from the plumber I used last time. Will definitely use them in the future.
