Well I tried to use the services of this company through Thumbtack. Luckily, he was too lazy to come out for an on-site estimate and showed just how unprofessional he was. I wouldn't hire anyone who gets in their baby feelings so fast and stoops so low as to call potential customers ""cheap slumlords"". Even if you don't do business with me... don't you care about your reputation? He had no problem putting the entire interaction in an audit trail; take a look. Buyers Beware

I have bought through the years about 10 machines off of Kochel equipment. My business has been up and down and I have found them great to work with. I won't buy off of anyone else repairs they come out and pick the machine up and whatever is under warranty they take care of. When they do charge me I find them extremely fair. I know there are cheaper machines on the market but Karcher is a superior product. I refer all my friends to them.

I called for a issue with our shower. He came out within in minutes. Not only did he fix the leak, he installed our new shower fixture and was professional. This company is a go to for all needs plumbing.

They were 40 min late. Gave me a 1:30- 2:00pm window and came at 2:40pm 2. Could not get the job done. I begged them to try to toilet to unclog the pipes. He went through the laundry and sink. Couldn't fix it and said call the city, the pipes could be broken. 3. Rooter Roter came out 40 min later on time, fixed everything and camera checked the pipes and there was no break. LESSON. Go with the professional who may cost more. I wasted money and time. Furious and disappointed.
