As a follow up from my comments about being charged $9k for work without being given a quote, last Sunday the PVC water inlet to my sprinklers that they replaced failed due to faulty installation and the water ran all night before i could figure out what was going on. I called Peninsula Irrigation twice to ask them to come repair it and they decided to ignore me. So i'll take a video of the garden before the rupture and after the plants all die and then we'll see each other in small claims court. I really don't know what is going on over there.

The crew was competent and fixed our irrigation problem with a malfunctioning valve. They are expensive ($165/hour per technician) but very well qualified

Brady and the rest of the team at Peninsula Irrigation are simply amazing.

They did a beautiful job designing a system that is right-sized for my yard, and completed the work with attention to detail. Pipes were painted to match the surfaces they ran over, and trenches were dug and filled such that you couldn't tell they had even been there. Each zone was properly outfitted to support the plants both existing and future, that we had discussed during the initial site visit.

When hot weather caused unexpected issues with joints in the system, they came out and repaired the system under warranty, no questions asked! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you're re-doing your landscaping, give them a call. You'll be happy you did.

Sorry but entered review for wrong company. Yelp sent me an email asking to post a review for this company and I thought it was the company that I actually used for work yesterday (name is similar). Sorry to all - but I used a different company yesterday to get the work done. Don't know why Yelp sent me an email for this company. Next time will check to make sure it is the right company before I post. Sorry again.

I had another subcontracted landscaper begin to set up my yard irrigation tubing in preparation for a backyard design of up to 7 beds. For some reason, he dug a hole, put in some tubing that was extended way too far from the house - where the shrubs would naturally go - then disappeared. With the misplaced tubing, there was no way to actually plant the garden and left me stranded. Robert with Peninsula Irrigation came to save the day and moved all as needed correctly so I could move forward with the design and planting! Should have gone with him from the start!

After a days work and a sizable bill,They did not finish the job. It was suggested that we find a company to find our problem.

Fabulous company! I was referred to them from NextDoor and from my first call I knew they were good.

I called and left a voicemail. Robert returned my call within 24 hrs. I explained what my issue was and he assured me they could help. He explained that they were pretty booked but that he could squeeze me in next Tuesday. The next day I received an email that they had a cancelation for today (Saturday) so I grabbed it. I then promptly received an email confirming my appt and what their fees were.

Today, they showed up and I explained my issue. Well, I'm embarrassed to say, it was user error. However, since I was being charged for an hour of time, they went throughout my property, ran various tests on my sprinkler system, checked everything including valves etc and gave a clean bill of health. What they ended up doing today was their bi-annual service that they offer. I will be having them back in fall/winter to do another service check.

I highly recommend Peninsula Irrigation.

I did not work with them because I felt their fees were prohibitive for the size of my project. However, they were not unique in that respect. All the irrigation companies were in the same ballpark as what they wanted to charge. We are currently facing the highest rate of inflation in 40 years which is going to be followed by a deep and long recession. However, despite this reality, they all want to charge $75-$100 per hour for labor rates. I am not willing to pay those rates to dig a ditch and glue the plastic pipe together.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They returned my call promptly, made an appointment, sent a reminder, showed up on time, were courteous and professional, fixed the leak in the pipe in my front yard quickly, and assessed and fixed the other issues with my sprinkler system in the backyard. I was so impressed, I plan on having them come out to put in an entire new sprinkler system for both my front and backyard. Could not be happier with their service.

I can't recommend this company enough. Rob, the owner, is a man of his word, this is the most important thing in this review. We hired Peninsula Irrigation recently for a sprinkler upgrade. His crews were professional and courteous. With all jobs, there are things that are missed or don't get done properly the first go around. With our job Rob personally made sure that everything was taken care of. He did not cut corners and truly put the client first. Our garden has never looked more healthy, if you are looking for an honest company with great values to match their great skills, then you need to call these guys.
