When I woke up to no hot water, I was really bummed. The first thing I did was try to relight the pilot on my water heater. That wasn't happening so I started calling around. I spoke to Marco and he assured me they could get me going. By the end of the day I had a new water heater and hot water. No more cold showers!! Apparently my old unit was not installed to code. They made sure everything was proper and showed me why they had to update the exhaust pipe. The best part of all this was it did not break the bank. If your water isn't hot. This is the place to call.

Last night after a long day at work I came home only find wet carpet in my hallway. I decided to ignore it and take a shower before dealing with anything, assuming my sisters had just spilt water. I never got hot water and painfully took a cold quick shower!!! Come to find out that the wet carpet was my water heater tank leaking at the bottom. Called Peninsula water heaters and they sent a guy out. A young and handsome guy showed up in about an hour or less. He quickly found the problem and explained he could not repair it and needed to replace the water tank. We agreed after he waived the overtime charge, (so kind of them.) He quickly removed the old one and installed the new heater. I really appreciate good service and being treated like a real person and not just another customer. I'm very impressed with this company. I would call them again and recommend them.
