$325 dollars to replace a toilet flapper... about 1 hour worth of work... $10 dollars for a flapper..

5 years ago my buddy (a plumber) did it for $25 in 10 minutes...before he moved to Arizona...
Maybe $100 would have been fair....
I think its safe to say this company is a ripoff and takes advantage a lower class people with low incomes. And to top it off the toilet is still running as I'm writing this... biggest waste of $325 in my 43 years of life.

Central air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. Needed it repaired quickly due to physical conditions of residents. Penguin arrived within hours, evaluated the system and advised that the compressor fan and other components were not working. Once they repaired the issue, the system was blowing cold air more forcefully than it had in years! Obviously the compressor fan issues had been slowly decreasing the air flow for some time. The system runs more efficient because the house cools down quicker! Lastly, Penguin had seen my old water heater and took pictures of the unit. It's clearly at its life's end! Another plumbing company had said the same about a year ago. Penguin advised to have it replaced before it has a catastrophic failure. We will have them replace this too! We would recommend Penguin for your HVAC and plumbing needs!

Mike had a very fast response time and was easy to work with. I'm simple, I wanted hot water and a handheld shower I didn't think it was a big job, the water was only lukewarm and the shower faucet assembly needed to be replaced from the front. I am not a plumber. The job was completed and the problems were fixed as I requested.

It was more expensive than I expected, $1400, but I am not a plumber. Pictures attached. But there's new pipes on the hot water heater, the shower head and faucet work and I can take a hot shower.

This company ripped me off for $1000, illegally (by code) tied a kitchen sink drain into a bathroom drain, and left the 1 1/2 sewer pipe open under the kitchen sink. The leak in the building was never fixed after several trips to the building, and I my calls to have the issue resolved were ignored. Terrible experience & I highly recommend to NOT use them if you want the job done.

Wonderful service, punctual and very reasonably priced. Mike was wonderful! Available on short notice, very courteous, explained the problem and fixed it immediately. I will absolutely call him whenever we have a plumbing problem.
