I had to write this review. I have used Pence Plumbing three or four times now and it's ALWAYS been a good call. On the Sunday after Christmas, we were installing some new closet fixtures and accidentally drilled a hole into a water pipe. We were in big trouble because we had no clue how to fix this. We thought there was no way we could get a plumber out right after Christmas, but I took a chance and called Pence. Dan was at our house within an hour! Who does that anymore? We were so grateful to Dan. Every interaction I have had with Pence has been professional, prompt and affordable. They are FANTASTIC.
