My name is Melba, and yes, my last name is part of our brand. Originally from Nicaragua, I have lived in South Florida for 40 years. Fluent in English and Spanish, I am bilingual. My educational background includes a BS degree in Supervision and Management from Palm Beach State College. My partner and I decided to start this business because we value honesty and integrity.
