Frankie F.Condensation everywhere !!! Asking to be paid before the condensation problem was fixed THAT they installed and created a new plumbing system for my business and CAUSING WATER EVERYWHERE! Very rude and very unprofessional. The owner is a drunk.
E G.I'm updating my earlier review now that the part was installed and my furnace is whisper quite. I do believe the technician should have been proactive in identifying the loud noise of the inductor fan but I know if you don't speak up they will assume everything is good.

While in my utility room after the new part was installed I noticed the installer added insulation to reduce noise and vibration along with fixing the other concerns I had. Great job Pemberton keep up the good work.
Just called for an update on a replacement part for my newly installed furnace but the voice mailbox is full. Lookup reviews on Armstrong Furnaces before buying one, I didn't and now regret it. Installation could have been better, the inductor intake and exhaust are rubbing on my basement framework enhancing the vibration coming from within the furnace. When fixing a leaky water connection to my humidifier 3 days later the connection came loose and sprayed water all over my utility room and furnace. I don't mind that my new furnace has a defective part but I do expect the installer to support their products in a timely matter (it's been over two weeks now and counting). I also believe in taking pride in one's craft and that is missing with Pemberton.
You know somethings wrong when there are only 5-star reviews on their website and nothing less.
