We had our water heater go out over the 4th of July weekend. Dustin came by gave us a bid and made sure we had the gas completely off so the we would have no other issues. We had several other plumbing companies come in with bids, but none pointed out the gas issue.
He then moved his schedule around, replaced the water heater, brought it up to code and removed the old water heater so we wouldn't go without hot water.
I would recommend Dustin to do anyone's plumbing work.

I am very proud of Dustin for his hard work and the desire and perseverance to make a name for him self and do what he enjoys doing in life . He does and excellent job at what he does , and always explains every thing .
But I feel that Dustin has grown leaps and bounds and has a hard time fitting us all in for instance us little guys that might just need a facet replaced or a leak from some where . To top it of I'm part of the family and I still get pushed to the side . This saddens me , I would hope that he would realize who helped him get where he is today. Family is just that and you should at the very least return a phone call and try to schedule a time to see what's going on or refer them to some one else.
We love you Dustin , and we are proud of you. U are fabulous with people, and to top it off u know what the heck ur talking about and u know how to work it . Best of luck .

Dustin, the owner of Pelton Pride Plumbing has been our plumber for years.

He used to work for a popular and reputable plumbing company and we always requested him whenever we needed work done. He would bid the job himself and he was always at or below his bid, never over it. Then that company was bought out by someone else and their prices skyrocketed and we could no longer afford them. So we started using different plumbers trying to find a good one. Then hallelujah, Dustin went out on his own and started his own company. So we went back to Dustin and used him a few weeks ago and as usual he did excellent work and it was affordable.

I am a fan of someone who really knows what they are doing, doesn't bs you, takes pride in their work, and always does it right the first time. He's done exceptional work for us in the past: new installs, remodels, repairs, you name it.
