We had a gas leak late Saturday night. Gas company came and turned off the gas and found a few leaks (A squirrel ate through the pipe to our gas grill). We called Pell and told him we were okay for the night and Jeff came out Sunday morning and fixed it right away. He always does a great job!

For the second time, I called Pell Plumbing for a relatively minor job. Each time, they quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that I should do some easy work myself (replace a couple of parts or a whole faucet), to save a good bit of money instead of them trying to fix the problems. They were great guys - they listened to what I had done to try to fix a faucet and a shutoff valve, they looked at the situation, they were friendly and suggested perfectly good solutions that would avoid them having to do a lot of work. I highly recommend Pell Plubming and will use them again in a heartbeat.

Does not pay his technicians on time or in full. Expects work to be completed with old inadequate equipment, tools, and machines. Employees morale is low due to his lack of paying them on time. Use this company if you want to but be wary of the techs motivation to fix your problems.

AMAZING! 4 other plumbing companies stated without doubt that the cartridge in my older Kohler one-handle faucet was unavailable and a whole new fixture was needed, chopping through tiling and at least $900, not to mention retiling! Brad from Pell came out (early, no less), immediately took the fixture apart (Not one of the other guys did this) and said he can get a cartridge, no problem. Then, he assessed the whole system, from the hot water heater up and found a leaking pipe (no question) I didn't know about. All told, replaced the leaking pipe, fixed the shower (perfect temperature) for under $600! Saved me a fortune. Now, he was a REAL plumber. Very impressive.

David was very professional, courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. The repair was also quick and precise solving the problem immediately and putting my wife's mind at ease!! Jeff did a great job. We replaced our sink so we needed all the plumbing underneath redone, including the water valves, and he also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal.
