Extremely happy with their service. We had an issue with our garbage disposal and I tried them based on their Yelp reviews. Dino arrived exactly at the designated appointment time and explained everything very thoroughly. I thought there was a broken part, but it was just an obstruction in the unit that he showed me how to fix on my own in the future. Dino was very friendly and informative and he fixed the problem in minutes. I would certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Pelican Plumbers!

Just had to leave an awesome review for Pelican! In particular Jason who was our tech. After getting an awkward quote from another plumber (they made us feel like we were being scammed) Jason came over and gave us a reasonable quote. He asked me to call their manager to schedule.

This was on a Wednesday. At first the manager said it would be Tuesday. After I explained that being without hot water that long would really make our lives difficult (we couldn't shower, and our downstairs tenants wash diapers in the washing machine and need the hot water) the manager said he'd see what he could do.

After an hour, they called to say they were still waiting to hear back from a client to see if they would be willing to reschedule, and that they weren't ignoring me -- it was nice they checked in. After another hour, they called back and said they could do the next day (Thursday) at 2pm and that it would take 5 hours (there was a good bit to do.) Wow, this would be putting Jason in overtime -- but no extra charge!

Thursday, Jason called to say he got done early and could he begin at noon? I was overjoyed! Not only that, but he was done by 2:45 -- less than 3 hours!

Pelican Plumbers works very hard to make things work out for you! They really put in the extra care. And Jason was fantastic -- he worked very efficiently and made sure everything went back where it belonged.

In all, I would *highly* recommend them!

Had a problem with my toilet, thought it was a pressure issue, turned out to just be a simple fix. Dino not only fixed the problem in ten minutes, but he even offered to walk away free of charge. Thank you for being so honest and friendly, I would easily call Pelican again. Made my day, thank you Dino.

Very impressed. I called around 11AM looking for a plumber to help me out with a clogged shower drain, and a little less than 45 minutes later a very nice man from Pelican Plumbers was at my door. He unclogged the drain and had my shower working like new in no time.

Punctual, efficient, courteous plumbing service.

A little on the pricey side, but I'd rather pay more per hour for good quick service than pay the same amount for a longer, lower quality job.

Garbage disposal replacement, including trip out for parts, took less than an hour!

I joined Yelp for the sole purpose of putting in a good word for Pelican Plumbers.

Tried a number of different plumbers who made appointments and never showed, wouldn't return voicemails, the usual stuff.

Called Pelican after reading about them on here, made an appointment for a specific time on a given day, the plumber showed up ONE MINUTE EARLY (??!?!?!!?!?!).

He fixed all that need fixing, and did so quickly and efficiently.

Call Pelican Plumbers first, you won't regret it.

Although the plumber was competent enough to get the job done, he was unprofessional and seemed very angry about something. I was very uncomfortable having him in my home.

I had to replace a faucet and a garbage disposal after getting a new countertop, and my normal plumber was booked for the next two weeks. I contacted Pelican and they were great! Showed up on time, was really efficient and explained what what going on at all times. I especially love that I can pay by credit card after the appointment. They even made a quick dash to the home improvement store to get some additional parts and were still in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend.
