Very unprofessional outfit. If they come to your house to do a job and they don't happen to like the way your house looks, they make it a point to tell you that they are not a ""lending institution"". I had far more than enough money to pay their price but chose their competitor instead. They also don't answer their phone. You have to leave a message and they might get back to you in a few days or a week.
