I called Peet's Plumbing to install a new dishwasher in my home. They said it would cost $900.00. I was shocked. Most installations are around $300.00. Even with inflation. The technician assured me that anyone would charge the $900.00 for installation. I called ASAP Plumbing. ASAP came out the next day and did a full install in 45 minutes for $200.00.
Pete's Plumbing should be ashamed of themselves.

This is why 0 stars needs to be a thing! When me and my family woke up this morning 07/24/2023 we realized our water pressure was messed up and we need a new pressure valve regulator, so we had to turn off our water or our house would start flooding, we called Peet Plumbing to let them know of our emergency. We called around 8:30-9:00 am and they told us that they could have someone out there around 11:00 am we thanked them profusely for being able to come to see us on such short notice. Well noon rolls around, so already one hour pass when they're supposed to show up, but hey maybe something at another house is taking longer these things happen you know, so we call for an updated ETA and are told ""Don't worry they're on their way"", ok cool! We wait another two and a half hours and at 2:30 we called to get another updated ETA. They tell us ""Oh, no ones coming out today sorry."" THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL US THIS, WE HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT BY CALLING THEM! They never gave a reason why they weren't coming or couldn't get to us! if they had just called us back at any time to say they were sorry that one or more of their other clients took longer and they couldn't come out to us, then that would have been fine we could have called a different plumber to come out, but no they GHOSTED US! Thinking that, what, we'd forget that sense 8 am we've been without water. Well now because we thought they were still coming, it's too late for other plumbers to get to us today meaning that for the rest of the day and up until tomorrow me and my family(Including children!) would be without water! When asked about the miscommunication I was told ""Well we could send someone, but the cost was more because it's pass hours/overtime hours, so now I of course know why they did this! What disgusting, underhanded, and exploitative tactics to do to someone you know is in a position like this! Seriously, if it was just they had a long day and got backed up and unfortunately couldn't get to us it would have been nothing, but it became obvious that they just wanted to bleed us for the extra money, or why else wouldn't have they called to reschedule or let us know they couldn't do it so we could find someone else who could. We were initially quoted $325, but once it became an ""overtime thing"" it was changed to $546. LITERALLY ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL QUOTE!!! So we were left with the choice of being left without water until 11-12 when a different plumber could come out to do it or be taken advantage of by these guys, unfortunately, I couldn't put my kids through not having water(especially in the middle of summer!) or use of the toilet so I had to stick with these guys. When I told them I'd use their service they showed up around 3:10, so it only took about 40 minutes for them to show up, go figure. They did fix the problem so there's that, but it was obvious they could have done it before all the extra cost for ""overtime"" should have been added on. If you're thinking of using these guys first of all: DON'T. Secondly, if you do, make sure to call them every 15 to 20 minutes to check on their ETA so you don't get scammed like me.

I needed a plumber asap today called several and they said they couldn't get out to fix my leak for a few days. Called peet plumbing and told them what was going on and they were out within an hour. They will be my go to plumber for now on.

They charged about $440 for a simple kitchen faucet replacement. Even if you count the time it took them on the phone with the home warranty company they were in and out in an hour. I won't use again.

I had my main septic line break in my yard causing raw sewage to seep out of the ground. I called Peet Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day and fix the issue within a few hours. They price ended up being half of the original estimate they made over the phone.
The service was fantastic.
The cost was more than fair.
I would definitely use Peet in the future!
