Fast, reliable, and fair! I reached out to them to replace a toilet and kitchen faucet. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions, provided a quote, and had 2 technicians come out within a couple of hours.
Peter and Chris did a great job and split up to work efficiently. They were kind enough to remove their shoes at the door too. The only thing I'd recommend is to have a couple of rags or towels for them to use, if you don't want them using your nearby towels, since they used our kitchen towels to clean and dry the area. There was also an additional charge on top of what was quoted for disposal of the old toilet. We were very pleased with our experience working with them.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Peet's Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! Thank you Peter, Chris, and Plamen!

Peter is amazing. Installed a new dishwasher along with airgap for a flat fees. He's very knowledgeable & a true professional, would highly recommend him for any plumbing project, Thanks Pete!

Plamen did a really good job installing a washing machine box. Quick, accurate and according to the budget we agreed on earlier.
Definitely will call him again for the future projects!

I was looking for faucet and sink stop-valve replacement & was extremely impressed by the experience from start to finish - including a quick response time, reasonable availability, a comprehensive, clear, concise and consistent quote, and service that conveyed the thorough knowledge, skill/expertise, and high quality, no-nonsense approach of the plumber.
The job was completed on time, for the exact cost quoted, and with such solid communication & class that I have full confidence in recommending their services - not only for individual homeowners, but also to our neighborhood HOA and property management.

Keeps increasing price
Very coercive
Came against our permission into our property regardless when we told him we are available
Banged on door
He charged all his other work tools using our power .
He put in something that never was needed , never checked properly and charged us double .
Disappointed
We paid what he asked to avoid confrontation and for our safety and privacy .
Very invasive and no boundary

Fantastic company!!!! My laundry closet had a worn down water outlet.
The reason I discovered this was because the washer I ordered had a dent, plus the delivery company said they did not have the correct attachment for the dryer. Things happen for a reason, I Thank goodness for this company. After looking at the cracks and leak I reached out to many plumbing companies. Most sent messages unable to service. This company stopped by within a few hours. The technician said outright what I was thinking ""the delivery company wouldn't have hooked up your washer to this???"" Long story short, cracks will not fix themselves. Mold, cracks & rust don't go away. There was mold surrounding the water outlet box. He gave me an estimate including cleaning or snaking the pipes. Of course, he knew I'd get a couple more estimates. He also explained I'd have to notify the other tenants in my building that the water will be shut off for an hour. This notification must be posted 24 hrs in advance.
I get another estimate which was waaaay off the charts. Going into the thousands, because the outlet box's configuration would have to be changed 1st I was told. Another company said I'd only have to notify 3 tenants. NOT!!! The management company explained like the technician did that the entire building will be affected. Other companies never responded. I called the technical, Plamen. He ordered the parts and scheduled a time to fix my issue after the notice was concluded outside the 24 hr rule. Can you imagine if my washer was installed without fixing the water outlet? Dry rot & mold would eventually spread. It would have been a disaster. I know this, insurance will not cover dry rot & mold caused by long standing negleance. Plamen was here for a lot longer than expected. You can't see the damage beyond the wall. I ""Thank you"" Peet Plumbing for saving me from a potential disaster

I have a clogged kitchen sink, and looked on Yelp for a plumber who can help. Got in touch with a few, but Peet was the quickest to respond and gave a quote of $199 to do the job. They also have 75ft snake, which is what I had asked for (I tried 25 ft myself, didn't work).
The plumber arrived more or less on time (+1 star). He didn't succeed in unclogging the sink, and suggested me to get hydro-jetting to tackle it. Things start to get downhill from here:
1. He asked me for $49.99 of service charge despite not being able to finish the job. Not the worst part since I was going to tip him anyway for the honest effort. The part that pissed me off is when I handed him 3x $20 bills, he told me he didn't have change. And if i were to pay him with check, he would tag on a $9 service fee. SLEAZY!!
2. After he left, I found out he dumped a new towel (a favorite of mine) into a bucket of fetid water. Presumably he used that towel to soak up some of the mess, but hey, ask me first and I can offer you some old rags.
3. He casually put the plunger away ON TOP of my baking pan and some pots.
I am already dealing with a pretty stressful situation in the kitchen, and I just lost a nice towel, a baking pan, and $50. It is not about their capability, but really their attitude towards other people's stuffs (if it is not mine, I don't care)

We needed someone to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and Peet was the only one to be able come and fix it right away. After making sure everything worked he left and when we found an unrelated problem that we thought was the result of the service that day, he told us the actual problem and fixed it for us free of charge. After his services he cleans up nicely and he's very reliable!

I had a serious septic tank issue that was unfortunately discovered hours before I was hosting guests for the weekend. I found Peet via yelp and amongst 3 other businesses, he actually responded to my call around 6 am and then made the effort to rearrange his day to come by my house first to assess the problem. Not only was he professional, but he also educated me around the problems that arise with the trees on my property and how the roots end up in the pipes. His work was timely, cost-competitive, and tidy. He was in and out within 90 minutes and I was good to go for the weekend. I liked his work so much that he came by 2 days later and upgraded our main water shut-off valve and fixed two leaking faucet heads in my laundry room, all with the same level of excellence. I'm new to the area and have absolutely found the guy I can count on for all plumbing issues. 5 stars!

I had a new counter top installed. The installer installed the countertop but did not re-plumb hose from dishwasher to vent. For the latter, I went to Yelp for estimates. Plamen promptly quoted a ""flat rate"" of $269. On arrival and inspection, the job appeared straight forward e.g. 30-60 minute job. After connecting however. And to our dismay. We observed leakage. The leak came from a connection to the vent/drain.
Plamen persevered. Opening the bottom of the dishwasher. And ultimately replaced the old hose with a new hose (better connectors). Requiring an additional 60 minutes. He charged me extra for having to ""thread"" an entirely new hose. The final charge came to 50% more than the quoted flat rate. In the end however. I am not entirely disappointed. I found Plamen to be both competent and conscientious.
