Issue 1: Dishwasher leak: They identified the leak source and confirmed that it wasn't plumbing issue and need appliance folks check.

Issue 2: Uptairs bathroom shower wasn't getting warm quickly. They identified the cause and were able to get new parts and make the changes the same day.

Service was 5 star and detailed explanations. The only reason to remove 1 star was that they made a last minute change in original appointment date due to getting delayed in previous appointment and had to reschedule for next day.

Might be a great plumber, but in this case he was an absolute flake.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I needed to urgently have it fixed, but am so busy with work and kids during the day that I never stop for home maintenance until after work hours. Many of the plumbing places on this site say they are 24 hours, so I called about 6 of them to talk to somebody, and Plumen was the only person that I was able to reach that night. He arrived early the next morning and replaced the garbage disposal in like 10 minutes. He also noted that the hoses were set-up incorrectly (which explains my drainage issues with my dishwasher) so he purchased the hoses and returned a few days later to appropriately set them up. He's super efficient and easy to work with. Plus, his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Plumen!!!

I recently moved in my new house and had few minor issues like garbage disposal not working and wanted to check if my water softener unit was working. I called Peet and he was quick to respond and arrived the next day, which is why I am giving one star. He looked into my water softener unit, called up someone and was checking with them about the working condition and he just told us to add salt and said it will work. We got the salt and added it in and our unit still did not work and when i called him again he told me to add water in it again, which the manual doesn't recommend and he said he is busy that week, and cannot come and check. If he is unsure how the softener he should have told us the truth, but he gave wrong suggestion and got 180$
We asked him about our garbage disposal and immediately he was tryin to sell his product and not try to repair the one we had. He was very keen on getting money from us. Very disappointed that he tried to take advantage of his customer. Will definitely not recommend him.
We got an another handyman who came in saw tht my garbage disposal had some kind of rubber valve stuck in it and cleared all up.
