These guys are absolutely awesome. I just moved in to a new home and have had nothing but issues I the 4 weeks I have been there from plugged kitchen sink, leaking plumbing and gas leaks in the basement. These guys have been out to fix all problems on short notice and have done a great job at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them. They are my hometown plumber and heating company.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could! I have used them twice in an emergency, one for a back up in our basement the Sunday after thanksgiving and the other for a clogged drain and stuck tub faucet before an inspection. In both cases, they were able to show up within hours of me calling and they were able to address and fix all issues. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the bill in both cases. 10/10 would recommend.

Peer Plumbing responded in a very reasonable amount of time when I discovered my furnace was not working this morning. The staff is always upbeat and courteous. The repairs was made quickly and heat is back on!

I had a cleaning done on my furnace and a couple of other minor issues in the basement. I called Peer Plumbing on Mon. and they arrived early on Wed. morning. . Jim was wonderful! He was honest, thorough and so friendly. I'm a widow and always afraid I'm going to be overcharged or taken advantage of. Not with Peers! Jim went over everything that needed to be done (less than I thought), and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend Peers Plumbing.

Cannot recommend this company. Called to have a new hot water tank installed (they advertise this as one of their services). Came home later in the day of the installation to the smell of gas. Called the fire department and the gas company. All responders wanted to know who did this ""work"" which was not only sub-par but dangerous. Many short cuts were taken wrong materials were used and inexpensive valves were not replaced. $975.00 to have a near disaster for us and our neighborhood. Isn't this why we hire ""professionals"" to avoid novice mistakes? TRAIN your employees!

I think this is a great plumbing company. We used them a couple of times this year to make some upgrades and fix a couple of nagging issues. They were able to come over pretty quickly to do the work, finished it the same morning, and did not charge a fortune. The pricing is fair for the work they do. I would keep using them except that we moved about 20 miles away from our old home, and it would be a long drive for them. But you never know. If we get caught in a bind, I might make a distress call. I am hopeful to find a plumber of the same caliber in the new home area. if we do, I count myself fortunate.

An ""error"" sent their techs to my house instead of the neighbors. They just walked right in to our garage, left the gate open, and entered our basement. Only a sloppy company would would send techs to the wrong address in an unmarked van and allow them to walk into a residence unannounced. Besides the fact we were surprised at the intrusion, we or our dogs could have caused harm to these intruders as well as the possibility of losing our pets through the open gate. Way to keep poor records and endanger your techs lives. When I called to express my anger and find out how this happened I was hung up on. Be wary of a business who is so apologetically sloppy.

They are really good with getting to the job site on time but the experience was horrible. The service guy came to my home, I explained what was going on. He took a look around then told me it was my septic take that needed to be cleaned, and that it would solve my plumbing issues. Well after spending the money on having my tank cleaned by a different company the issue was not solved. I called to have the plumbing technician come back out and when I received the call back he told me he didn't have the time to come back and I would have to wait until the week. He made it seem like it was a inconvenience, and that my problem wasn't a issue. We will never use this company again .

Had work done by them in early 2014. Fixed a leaky kitchen faucet on one call and used them for an emergency call when another plumber that installed a a tub incorrectly. Their rate for emergency off-hour was way better than the other big name in lockport. A guy came out and fixed the seal. I'd recommend them, decent pricing and have been solid on the work. I use them for basic household plumbing and R.I.C. on any big stuff.

I was concerned based on the 1 star review as well as complete lack of a website, but I called they snaked and fixed my problem less than roto rooter. If you can cope without having a website I'd recommend you use them.
