This was a bad experience from the very beginning. I recently moved and the sump pump needed repair. Their first questions were: Did we install it? Are you one of our customers? Do you have a service plan with us?

The plumber came and said it had to be replaced because it wasn't up to code. He was going to turn me in to the county if I didn't replace it. I had him do the work. When he was finished, the electrical cord could not reach the outlet and he informed me I'd have to get an electrician to move the outlet, because extension cords were not allowed. He left, with my sump pump still not being up to code.

They could of had a customer for life.

If you want a real plumber keep looking. My builder used Peed and the plumbing in my house is terrible. I have had to replace the toilet in the master bath before it fell through the floor, replace the powder room toilet ring that was installed backwards, replace the kitchen faucet after it almost fell completely off, installed incorrectly, the toilet in my toddlers bathroom has never flushed properly and continues to block weekly. That toilet has been snaked, removed and reinstalled multiple times, who knows what Peed did under the floor. This is all in addition to a knock in the wall because plumbing was not secured correctly. Two tub faucets had to be reinstalled after popping out from the wall. Not one of the four pedestal sinks were installed the same with plumbing cutoffs all over the place behind the sink. Lastly I have had to re plumb my hot water heater and an outside spigot. I would not recommend them to plumb an out house!

Peed Plumbing is the best. The reason they are so head and shoulders above the other plumbing companies is that they actually train their plumbers intensively. Unheard of these days! Therefore, you can trust them. I will never use another plumber!

We had a water heater problem related to a propane gas service interruption that spelled doom for the water heater and hot water. Dave from Peed helped us diagnosis the problem and avoid unnecessary repairs; ultimately we replaced the water heater and installed a different system. Dave was terrific in working with over the weekend and during the install. He was meticulous with the details and we were very happy with the service he provided.

PEED Plumbing was our choice of plumbers two years ago when our sewer backed up and this time, they came through again! Exceptional service. Excellent prices. Fantastic advice. I have used others in the area and am sold on PEED Plumbing. In fact, I sm still awaiting a callback from another plumber.

Do yourself a favor and call PEED!

I have used Peed Plumbing several times. Yesterday was the first time I was not happy. While the work was done with professionalism, I was lied to in order to up-sell another service I did not need. At the tune of over $200.00.

The plumber told me I had a ""good"" toilet in that it had a flush capacity of over the standard 1.6 gallons but because of the increased capacity I had the wrong tank components.

This was the second time this particular plumber from Peed was in my home and he had a very trustworthy approach so I believed him and told him to do the work. After he left I started thinking about it. All toilets have the flush rating on them & the toilet in question states right on it 1.6 gallon flush.

I have had good experiences with Peed but will not allow this particular plumber in my home again.

I was actually trying to find to find customer help for this site to ask why my review was no longer viewable. The review from 1/8/2014 is still the same. If you think I'm fooling try them yourself. Lousy response to customer billing question but great at overpriced, quality service.

When you need a Moron, hire Peed. I called for a plumber to determine why the kitchen faucet pressure was reduced. He showed up, turned the water pressure value open further and handed me the bill. Unconvinced that he knew what he was doing, I spent an hour tracing the problem to a pinched copper tube that was part of the faucet assembly (MOEN). Over time (5 years) it had collected debris and closed shut from chemical deposits. I went to Home Depot and the former plumber there helped me solve the problem with a new faucet assembly. It took another hour at home to reinstall. Never call PEED if you want it done right.

We had to have an old water heater removed from the loft (4th floor of the house) and run hot water line up from second floor of the house (Hate the idea of having a water heater that could leak and trickle down through several floors in the house). We got quotes from several companies. Peed Plumbing came in with the best price. Mitch was the plumber who came over to do the job. He is very polite and professional. He took his time to make sure the jobs were done perfectly. Thanks, Mitch and Peed Plumbing for your great work.
