All I can say is don't use them for your home warrenty service. They will not find problem on site so they can leave on 15 minute and get paid. It's just unfair the home warrenty company has policy like no problem no service. Good for these kind of contractors though.

They came out for our home warranty claim for garbage disposal, the technician wanted to charge extra $90.00 to reroute the pipe and we told him that we don't need to reroute the pipe. Just replace the non working garbage disposal, but the technician lied to home warranty insurance that we didn't maintain the garbage disposal (how do you maintain the garbage disposal ? Don't use it or what ? ) just because we didn't want to pay extra money. They now denied the claim. We'll file a complaint to California state license board for this unethical business practice. DON'T even use this company.

Al @ Pedroza Plumbing impressive time management , showed up 10:00 AM . ""On time Before Time "" . Al the Plumber was so sharp diagnosed our upstairs toilet leak which was improper placement of Flange Height resulting to toilet ring leak . He was very honest and did impeccable job replacing parts and adding a 3rd toilet ring to stop the leak temporarily . Overall , he recommended that we hire a contractor to rip entire bathroom floor around $600.00 , re set up flange in proper height and replace rotten wood board .
Al also replaced gasket on the toilet downstairs . Additionally the upstairs bath tub was unclogged . He snaked and got out a big clump of hair . I highly endorse Pedroza Plumbing for repairs . He is very knowledgeable and hard working .

Al has been our plumber for years...YEARS!! We have not used any other plumber during our time in living in this house. He is honest and friendly. He does an amazing job and goes above and beyond. I love that it is a family owned business and his wife answers the phone. She too is friendly and professional. He always comes quickly. Today, after he fixed our plumbing problem, he even helped us figure out our electrical too! Al is like family and we are fortunate to have him in our lives! I highly, highly recommend Pedroza plumbing!!

Al stopped by to get a 2nd opinion on some home warranty items. He was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond of what he was required to do. Home warranty mistakenly sent him for only reviewing shower valve rather than all the issues I listed for them, which is very frustrating. However, Al stuck around and listened to my complaints and told me what was covered and what was not and what he would do. By far the best plumber I have ever hired. Will look to do business with him outside of home warranty.

Pedroza worked with me in leak detection in my home. Al was my plumber. These guys work around your schedule are COVID safe and Al is one great guy.

Started off in my home by triggering all the normal leak areas before eventually neatly opening up a 2x2 ft area in my wall. He found a very slow leak that had been there quite awhile. He fixed it the correct way and it's been leak free since.

He even put in a new toilet for us.

Efficient and neat I would call them again without hesitation.

Home warranty had Al from Pedroza Plumbing come out. My home warranty failed to correctly specify I had a gas leak as well so Al was able to help with the leaking toilet. He was knowledgeable and let me watch as he did everything. He is very friendly and didn't mind sharing his experience and background of everything. I highly recommend him! I will provide an update if the leak ends up coming back but fingers crossed it won't as he did a double take to make sure everything was in place.

Fast, efficient, on time, same day service, friendly, professional, and clean. Al follows safety, wears a mask, gloves, and booties over his shoes. He even washes his hands outside! He's fixed clogged drains in my toilet, kitchen sink, snaked the main line and replaced my garbage disposal unit. Definitely recommend this company.
