I had an issue with a toilet that was over-flowing, but not really leaking. Making an appointment was easy and quick. Communication was excellent: emails and text messages. Eddie was my plumber. He arrived in the stated window and alerted me when he was on his way. He was kind, patient, and explained every step he took. He also fixed 2 of my sink faucets that were acting up. Lastly, he was clean and kept my toilets clean as well.
