What a great company to work for. Prompt, professional and the customer service is some of the best out there!
For context, we had a hot water valve replaced. The work done was great and everything was brand spanking new and perfect. Next day we noticed our water pressure had dropped. I rung Patricia and she gave me some tips but also said she would send another plumber out to check everything out free of charge. Turned out it was just some debris stuck in the line.
Long story short you can trust these guys to do great work and to make things right if you have any concerns. Very happy and will be going back to them in the future for any plumbing needs

Excellent all around. Our go-to for all plumbing issues. Communication is excellent. Work is top-notch. People are friendly and kind. When my husband lost his legs and I needed a plumber to tend to a leaking hand-held shower fixture that I had attempted to install myself, Dan took care of it. When it came time to pay, he told me not to worry about it, saying ""It's something I can do to help you."" How about that?

Honestly this has been the best experience I've had with a plumbing company! We had some drainage issues in our basement and PPS Responded within minutes of my service request. Eric was super helpful and kind and was able to fix our issue and explain what the problem was in detail. Their customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend!

I interviewed 3 plumbers for a bathroom remodeling job. Peddicord has the lowest price by about 30%. And they did a fantastic job! Very careful in the tear-out not to damage walls or the like. And real craftsmanship in installing the new equipment, which required moving some pipes. I couldn't be more pleased! These guys will be my ""go-to guys"" for all plumbing work in the future. And the office staff was always responsive and helpful when problems arose.

I've used them several times in the past without any issues at all. Some say they're on the expensive but they do great work, they're honest, they don't push things you don't need and they do great work and are friendly and clean. Totally worth it

Definitely the best plumbing company in town! They have really great & trustworthy people @ Peddicord Plumbing who provide excellent customer service. I've been using Peddicord Plumbing for almost 5 years now and have never had a ""call back"" issue. When they complete a plumbing repair or work, you can trust the jobs been done RIGHT! Always a quick turnaround and excellent workmanship.

Requested Tech to visit after Office STAFF immediately wanted to quote new install price.
Technician was great, showed up promptly, confirmed water heater leak, explained in detail the work to be accomplished... awesome up until this point. I received a quote for the job and agreed after technician explanation. Then received a bill for $170+ for 20 minute walk through with technician. Wrote back and disagreed with Office Staff and they cancelled the job and technician invoice.

Poor Customer Service... would not recommend.

Had a leak that needed repair and 2 backflow preventer valves that were due for replacement (recommended to replace every 5 years) . Their communication (email/phone/text) was excellent with regard to scheduling and estimates. Excellent customer service. Labor prices seemed fair. My home required a very expensive special order part so they advised me of the cost before ordering and scheduling service. Technician was prompt and professional.
