Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and the coils were completely frozen. They told us what to do and were there at 8 AM the next morning. Problem was fixed in under an hour. Rates were reasonable especially with it being after hours on the weekend. We will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone in the Clemson area. Communication was excellent and quick!

Horrible customer service, rude technician. Came out twice for the exact same issue and made me pay another service call even though the 2nd technician admitted the 1st technician did not fix it correctly to start with. And I am STILL having the same issue so apparently none of them know how to fix an hvac system and I'm out $200! As a Realtor of 30 years, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Matt arrived at the start of the window they had given me, noon to four. He quickly found the problem with our kitchen faucet and advised me to buy a new one and call them to install it. Total charge was only for the service call despite his doing a lot of poking around. He said I could buy a faucet from them, but I'd be better off getting it myself. I immediately went out and bought a new faucet, called the office and they scheduled the installation for the following day. Matt showed up at noon, again, and spend 45 minutes or so doing the installation. The office had given me a price and that's what I paid. Couldn't have had a better experience and will call them for all my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

Response to call is quick, people answer the calls are nice. However, the quality of work from the technician is poor (I asked them to come to check my A/C. It worked when he left, after 1 hr, failed again, had to come back to check the work again), also the technician super unfriendly.

I am very impressed in the work and service provided by Peco. We had a heating failure during that cold and snow weekend Jan 15, 2017 and the house got cold. Called Peco on Sunday and Mary sent a repair tech right away to get us through the night. First thing Monday, the new HVAC system arrived and it was installed perfectly. I am over the moon with her great service and excellent value. I recommend using Peco for any heating and cooling needs. I'm so glad we did :)
