Water heater literally dumped all the warer out of it late Saturday night, making the basement a swimming pool. Turned the water off, mopped, set fans going, tried to get some sleep . . . and after church Sunday morning, went to a big box store to get a seemingly, highly rated gas water heater installed as quickly as possible, using one of the store's contractors. I was told that I would be contacted soon. I didn't buy the tank then. I figured that I would talk to the contractor as to the procedure for purchase and installation. Monday morning came with no word. I called the store and asked for the contractor's number just in case the store hadn't called. Called, left a message and two hours later, still no word. As I was waiting with pots and tea kettles heating on the stove, I checked Yelp and found Peck Plumbing. Gave them a call and was told that they could be out with a new, better recommended water heater by 10AM the next day. They showed up on time, was done within two hours, and at a cost (I was later told by a knowledgeable friend) lower than what other businesses would charge. I would give them 6 stars if Yelp allowed it.

My 98 year old mother still lives in the house my dad built in 1953. Recently her bathtub faucet began to continuously drip. Another plumber in town told her the whole wall needed to be torn out in order to fix it. She asked me to find a new plumber for a second opinion and hopefully an easier fix. I looked on Yelp and found Peck Plumbing for her. She got an appointment in less than a week. The repairman was not only on time, but called to say he could arrive earlier. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and, best of all, fixed the problem quickly! No need to rip out a wall! My mother was thrilled. He even listened to her chat about how her father had used Peck Plumbing way back in 1910! What a relief to find such a gem of a company! I am so grateful!

They are the true ""one call, that's all"" plumbing company in our area. We had some projects that we have simply been putting off for years, and finally looked at each other and said let's call Peck's. Jerome was right on time with his crew, and went straight to it. We now have a brand new, frost free water spigot on our deck where one did not exist, replaced the original spigot in the front with another frost free, and a new garbage disposal unit that is such an upgrade from our last one. That spigot on the deck is such a joy to have now. They are very fair and affordable! We are set for plumbing for the future, but know if any unforeseen things crop up, Peck is on speed dial. Called Peck after reading some of the reviews here on Yelp. The plumber came out and took care of a number of minor issues that we had been putting off. Replaced a leaky spigot, repaired bathroom and kitchen sinks and looked at a heating issue, recommending a company for repair. The work was completed in a timely fashion for a fair price. Can't ask for more than that!!

I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs with anyone else! I manage a 35 unit, family-owned apartment complex in Cheney, let's just say plumbing issues are not the least of my concerns. Peck Plumbing was the first company I called because of their trusted reputation and family-owned orientation. Their technician was very knowledgeable about my issue and explained my options in detail before proceeding with the work. The price and the materials that would be used for the job were both discussed before the work started. He was very efficient and willing to explain what he was doing while he was doing it. The project went smoothly, the attention to detail was top notch, and I paid exactly what I was expecting to pay when all the work was finished. 12/10!!!

Because I manage so many units and have a fair amount of issues, I am not always able to get my project done with Peck Plumbing. I have tried every other major plumbing outfit in the Inland Northwest and I always leave the transaction feeling slighted and unhappy. Not to say that the work wasn't done but I didn't get that friendly vibe like I do from Peck Plumbing.

Sure you can get the work done elsewhere but wouldn't rather know that your issue is going to be cared for by professionals that care?

These guys are the best! They pointed out to me that I still had a couple of months left on my warantee for my water heater which enabled me to order a replacement part at n/c. They installed it the day I received it and charged me about $1,500 less than the first quote I received from Mainstream Electric. They were very knowledgeable and professional. And they are now my ""go to"" plumbers. I give them my highest recommendation!
