This company has very ably handled several tasks around my 75-year-old East Dallas ranch house over the years. Including the replacement of a water heater. They seemed to have a cadre of seasoned, service-oriented and highly competent plumbers on staff. I don't think so any more. Not sure what has happened, but it isn't good: you can't get appointments, and if you do, you can't be sure this company will show up or even give you the courtesy of alerting you to delays or the need to re-schedule. Even in an age of cellphones, this is sloppy, unnecessary, and so unfair to a customer who patiently waits, puts off other plans, etc. I used to gladly refer them to neighbors and to people seeking recs on FB. NO MORE. The simple sink sprayer Pearson gouged me for (cheap plastic) and the diversion problem he casually mentioned on the way out (without suggesting a follow-up visit to address) have now been cheerfully and competently replaced/resolved at a price that I considered fair. That cheap piece of crap lasted about six weeks, by the way. Nice job, Pearson. Never again.

Had a slab leak, one plumber came out with a clip board never saw him write anything down. Received a quote 2 days later, we had no hot water for 4 days and a flooded bedroom and bathroom never heard from them.
Called Pearson out the same day, fixed the leak at 1000.00 below the other quote.fixed
and done in 4 hours, with minimal damage.

We found ourselves in a bind with an old septic system that gave up entirely. Of all the plumbers we contacted and got quotes for tying our house into the city sewer system, Pearson Plumbing was the only firm that gave us a quote that was near to what we expected to pay (the others gave us very outrageous quotes that made it obvious they didn't want our business). Pearson Plumbing came out and did an outstanding job along with working with the city to lay in the Plumbing to the sewer lines.

Had a plumbing issue that was urgent. They made us wait a week before coming out. Once they arrived, they just left because we had "pit bulls". We have one boxer pit mix and one red healer. This whole situation is so ridiculous. I don't dislike this company, I hate them for leaving me in this situation. I'll now stay home for the rest of the day and find another plumber to fix the leak.

Pearson dug at least a 10' tunnel under my Mother's 1959 house in N. Irving and replaced a manifold that had broken. They have replaced innumerable lines by breaking through the slab to discover tree roots filling the lines.
We've had no troubles since all these pipe sections or fittings have been replaced. Did what they said they'd do it and when.

Don't buy a house in N. Irving if you haven't been made aware of all the slab and other resulting issues due to expansive clays and shifting soil. My Mother's house is like Casa Magnetica.

We rely on Pearson.

I had two toilets that my husband messed up when he tried to fix them. Pearson came out and they were on time and very nice. They were done and everything was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I should have called them in them in the beginning!!!!!

Pearson Plumbing in Grapevine came highly recommended by a (very picky) co-worker and I will gladly recommend them. Two plumbers arrived early, took care of the problem quickly and I was very pleased with the price. I will definitely use them again.
