The plumbers showed up masked and ready to take care of business. They replaced a leaking/clogged pipe in my bathroom. They were fast and thorough with the work. The price was less than I expected too! I've used them to replace a water heater and bring the plumbing up to code, and replace a disposal and drain pipes. All three jobs were excellent!

Over a few years, the tankless hot water heater that was put in during our renovation began losing hot water after just a few minutes. I called the plumber who installed it but they couldn't identify the problem. The plumber they suggested did some work on it but it didn't solve the problem. I finally called my go-to plumbers, Pearson Plumbing. They took care of a couple of small things and then turned their attention to the tankless hot water heater. A short time later, they identified the problem, changed out the part, and had us up and running with on demand hot water! My advice is to call Pearson Plumbing first! A job well done!

Make sure to get an estimate before allowing them o do any work. We asked for an estimate, they hedged...said they couldn't get one...then did the work anyway and seriously overcharged us.

I complained to their dispatch who connected me with the owner. He first insisted his guys would ALWAYS give an estimate when asked. I assured him that we had asked for an estimate and needed a significant discount in order to be happy. He said that he would check with his guys to confirm.

It's been months and I have not heard back. I've finally given up hope that they will refund a portion of the money.

To be clear: they got the job done and fixed everything correctly (2 stars instead of 1), but they were shady with estimates and unreasonable prices.

DO NOT APPROVE REPAIRS WITHOUT AN ESTIMATE IN HAND (and then maybe get a competitive bid if their estimate seems high)

6/1/2018 - Today was my 2nd time doing business with Pearson Plumbing. I needed a new toilet installed. Charles did a GREAT job! Quote was slightly higher than what I was advised over the phone BUT I absolutely needed a few plumbing updates to go along with my new toilet. The only advice I can give is go ahead and buy the toilet from Pearson. I had to go back to my local store and swap out the toilet I bought because when Charles opened the box, the toilet base was broken. Not fun at all having to rush to the local store to swap it out. Save yourself the headache. Pearson will be giving me an estimate on my guest and master bathroom remodel project. I can't wait to write another great review when that is completed!

The two men that did the job were very professional, friendly and did a good job. When I called I told the lady what I needed and was given and estimate. I was told that if the helper wasn't needed i would not be charged for his services. Then when they did the bill I was charged for the helper. They said any time they used the machine it was considered a two man job. I was knowingly miss lead!

We've dealt with Pearson Plumbing for several years. They are always pleasant, polite, and thorough. We haven't had any problem they couldn't repair.

We had a pipe spring a leak. After calling a couple of places to get a quote, they seemed the most knowledgable. The final price was BELOW where they estimated. The plumbers did not move like snails to "milk the clock". They evaluated the problem & jumped right under the house to fix it. After it was fixed, they showed me what the culprit was & why it happened. If something comes up again that I cannot do myself, I will use them again no questions asked.

My new plumbers! My hot water heater sprung a leak in the early morning and the water would not shut off.
I tried Baker and Benjamin previously but they cost. ..a lot.
I called these guys and within an hour all was well.
These guys are fast and are reasonably-priced.
In addition, they are friendly.

Unfortunately. my experience was unlike the previous reviews. They don't get in their office till after 9, then their prices were way out of line. I offered to buy my own parts for a repair and they insisted on buying the part and marking it up. I don't mind paying a reasonable trip charge and labor, but they didn't have the part which means there was no stocking fee, interest paid on inventory, etc. They are just very good rip off artist. Quality of work? Time will tell.
