Last Saturday around 4:00 we found a leak in a pipe in our finished basement and everything was getting wetter by the minute. I called Pearson Plumbing and the voice mail said to call Gene's cell for emergencies. Gene told me he was just finishing up his last call for the day, but that he would be here in about a half hour. Gene came to our RESCUE. He replaced the broken pipe and saved us from any further damage.

We also used him a couple of years ago to replace our hot water heater and were very pleased.

At a time when contractors can't even answer their phones and fit an emergency in, Gene was right there for us. He was prompt, reliable and fair with his pricing. PEARSON PLUMBING IS OUR CHOICE FOR ALL OUR PLUMBING NEEDS.

If you are looking for someone reliable, dependable, or trustworthy, don't call this guy. I'm not going to take the time to write out all the times Pearson said he was going to handle the problem (unless I have to) and completely no-showed. A basic, easily-fixable problem, turned into a leak that damaged other parts of my water heater, leading to no heat. The part he ordered sat at the supply house for three weeks and he didn't even check on it. I had to call him to let him know the part was in. Then I scheduled him to come and install the part and let him know that now we now had no heat because the leaking part had leaked on a sensor (according to the manufacturer) for almost a month, and he no showed. I called to tell him I needed him asap as cold weather was imminent and I had a sick toddler at home and he blew me off.

These other people must be his friends or something. Find someone else

Gene has plumbed my master bath; new shower valve w/ handheld wand, tub valve, installed dual sinks in vanity and re-routed the baseboard heater.
We got 4 quotes for the work and his was the best. He is personable, on time and on budget.
We liked him so much we had him come out 8 months later and he installed a booster pump to increase the water pressure in the house. I'm going to have him come back in the fall to replace the hot water heater.
I won't call anyone else. Once you've proven to me the quality of your work, you have me as a customer for life.

Gene came out to my house after I had a stain on my kitchen ceiling that was under my second floor bath tub. I was panicking because I thought it would be a huge costly project. He made a small repair that fixed the problem immediately and we didn't have to rip open our whole ceiling! Gene was honest and I really felt like he genuinely cared about fixing the problem the best way possible, not trying to take advantage of us during these difficult times.
